My family has been going to KMMG since 1958 — YES — 1958. The doctors which are practicing there were either the original physicians who started KMMG, or doctors who have been there for many years. The staff is still the same quality of staff that have been there since we began there. (I was just 2 years old when my parents moved here from Texas). The front desk ladies are courteous, knowledgeable, actually know their patients, sometimes just by your voice on the phone. The nurses have are caring, compassionate, and listen to what you need to tell them.
I have referred numerous friends and co-​workers to KMMG and every single one of them has been very pleased with the care they have received.
At one point I lost my health insurance and we were more than able to afford the rates which we were charged. It was actually a lot more inexpensive to pay them directly instead of paying the health insurance premiums.
One of the other raters stated that one of the doctors made them laugh. I can assure you that throughout my 55 years of going to KMMG, many doctors have helped with a joke, pun, laugh, or just a genuine smile. We have lost at least three of the doctors who opened KMMG in @ 1955. Each of those doctors were part of our family and we miss them to this day.
I would, without hesitation, recommend this «family» of physicians, nurses, and staff. All of your questions will be answered, with knowledge and a smile.

I have been with the doctors here on and off since 1985. They did downsize their office space but that doesn’t bother me. They are well respected in their field and are very friendly and willing to do whatever you ask of them. I can get an appointment within a days notice or they will try to work me in on the same day if I can’t wait.

This is my medical group and when I first walked in a almost started re thinking my choice of medical group.
I grew up in a the military world of how things worked. Tri-​care was my prime provider and my mom worked in the clinic, so I really never had to make appointments or wait to be seen too long after I was ill or injured. I got in and out fairly quick and I never dealt with a bill or a co-​payment or anything. I just walked in showed my ID and then waited– was seen real quick– and then out the door w/​my filled prescription if needed.
Then I turned 23 and graduated college and BAM no more medical insurance from pops, good thing I got a job w/​benefits 2 days before I turned 23!!! I received my open enrollment packet and I had no idea what I was reading. So with a little help and influences from my co-​workers I went with Pacificare-​HMO and was told to choose a doctor out of a HUGE list of doctors in the directory. So I just looked up the zip code and picked a doctor’s office right by my parents, because thats where I was living right out of college, and hoped it was a good choice.
I walked in for my first appointment and seriously there were nothing but men & women between the ages 50 – 80 and it was a tiny little office with 2 doctors and about 5 nurses. I paid my copayment did my vitals then waited for the doc to see me. It was a quick process and very foreign to me. What wasn’t foreign was when I seen my doctor, who was really a nurse practitioner and she was definitely a great woman.
I wen there periodically but I hate the doctors office so I rarely ever go. I have trouble getting appointments because the office is so small and there are only 2 main doctors, which 1 doesn’t work every day but the other one does and its just small. I wanted to go to a different doctor, but I am accustomed to my doctor now and I think he’s great. Very easy going and has a comedian side to him making me feel super at ease.
The only thing I wish was better was their hours of operation and their appointment setttings. I hate URGENT CARE and REFUSE to go there… I’d rather wait 3 days & take over the counter meds then go to URGENT CARE! LOL… But yeah they get 3 stars for that reason. I would love to be seen within 24 hours by my doc if I was sick or injured. :)
