The service people are great at this place. They are knowledgeable and want to do it right. Before this place I took my new Infiniti Q50 Hybrid to another location and either they didn’t fix any issues, or in doing so, they added more problems. What a difference! Best of all they take care of warranty issues themselves. Highly recommended.

Before I met Christina, it was very hard to go to Infiniti for the maintenance due to some reasons — waiting so long time, not so friendly people etc. However, fortunately, I met Christina and now I’m really happy to go to Kearny Mesa Infiniti. She always provide ‘literally’ the EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE– very nice and professional, working really fast. I’m so happy to meet her.

I have brought my car in for service and repairs to this dealership and on both occasions I’ve been met with wonderful customer service. In particular, Robin has been an all-​star with handling a couple of issues I’ve had with my dashboard screen and even was able to replace my trunk mat with one that actually fits the car. The staff is very friendly and attentive and Robin really went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I will admit that I was skeptical about taking my car here after reading some of the earlier reviews, however I am so glad that I did and will be going to this dealership for all my future service requests. I just purchased a car from Mario at this dealership last weekend. Overall, the service was impeccable!
Mario was really attentive and extremely helpful, but never pushy. This was my first new car purchase and I appreciated that I never felt like there was a hard sell (unlike some other dealerships that were rude in comparison). He made sure to put me first as a customer and assured me that the entire team will be there as my car gets older.
I met with a few other staff members throughout the process and everyone was very courteous and great to interact with. Plus, I got an amazing car at a great price. Would definitely recommend!

Truly terrible experiences here. I purchased my Infiniti from another dealership but have since moved quite far so needed to get my car at the Kearny Mesa location. I was first informed that they do not provide loaner vehicles — which was surprising but I understand that each dealership operates differently. What is really frustrating is that I was told that the way the computer system is set up they cannot make appointments for new clients and that I would just have to show up and wait for an appointment. Drive 45 minutes from my house, hope for an appointment and get stuck there all day because of no loaner vehicle? No thank you.
I also had a short interaction with an incredibly condescending salesman. I’m currently on my second Infiniti but I absolutely cannot wait to trade this one in for something else!

I recently was looking for a new car and was going to either lease a IS350 or Q50. I visited this Infiniti dealer twice and each time I got great service. The sales guys were excellent. Helpful without being annoying. When it came time to close the deal, the sales manager came sat down at the table and was very fair with me. They gave me a decent price on the Q50 and a reasonable offer for my trade (actually the best offer I got… they even beat carmax). The sales manager did not feed me a lot of BS. I really appreciated this. That said, he couldn’t come close to the lease deal I was offered by a broker in Los Angeles. I’m a bit disappointed I couldn’t have leased my Q50 locally. All they had to do was match the Q50 lease deal I had in writing, but they wouldn’t do it. I’d give them another shot the next time I am in the market for a car, but only if they are willing to match the competition.

Very good customer service. I felt very welcoming. Servicing is pretty quick, the best part also they can give you loaner cars if you can’t wait for that long

Awesome and friendly staff. Love the service department. Just leased a 2016 QX60. Love it.

We bought our QX60 here with Mario and it was the best car buying experience we ever had. This is our first Infiniti and the people here were kind, patient, and not pushy. We were able to negotiate a fair price without too much backache. We test drove the car we wanted in the day and night. Mario kept saying that the company acts with integrity, it didn’t hit home with us until the negotiation and purchase and finally a 30 minute education on some details of our car. Our daughters were there with us for 3 hours, without devices, and were well behaved. They are friendly to children, offer baked goods, water bottles frequently, and a nice comfy couch with TV in a central area. Honestly, we went to many dealers for our new family vehicle: Toyota, Honda, Volvo, Audi, Acura and Infiniti. We were by far the most impressed with this place. Mario is kind, and also offered for us to please call him anytime to get more information on our car or if we needed anything in regards to it. Another quick note… we went there after hours one night just to take one more peek at the car, a nice salesperson came out, and didn’t try to take Mario’s sale, but made an appointment for us with him the next day. Working with integrity, so important and so rare in that industry.

I’m very happy I chose to go to this Infiniti for service! I was a little worried with the other reviews, and knew there were a few in reasonable driving distance but I chose this one. I have a 2007 G35 under the extended warranty, was taking it in for some warranty work (passenger window acting up, seatbelt light flashing).
They got me in right away, offered me a rental but I chose to wait until diagnostics because I had nowhere else to go. They did a complementary inspection and actually found a ton more warranty work that I could get done for free!
Also found my drive belt needed to be replaced and gave me a quote that was pretty competitive with non-​dealer work, less than 10% markup!
Sent me off with a nice 2015 Q50 loaner car.
I love Infiniti’s service, glad I bought one and got the extended warranty, it was definitely worth the extra money as it has paid for itself over and over again :)

These guys are good, fast and keep up their promises. My IPhone does not connect good to the QX80 system and that’s why I gave them 4 stars because when I want to make phone calls from my car or listen music from iPhone through Bluetooth it doesn’t connect good and they were never able to solve the problem. They told me to contact Consumer Affairs and report it with them. After nearly paying $ 85K for this car it sucks that I can’t connect good at all the times.

Thank you Robert, salesman, Johnson, manager, for their willingness to negotiate. I just Lemon Lawed my 2015 Jeep Cherokee and I was looking for value and reliability. I test drove 17 cars/​makes and I know my homework and research will payoff! Johnson had to locate and transport my car outside of Southern California. They are getting me a rental until my new car arrives! The great customer service has begun! Thank you everyone! Great job!
Next day: Turned in my rental (saves me $) for a bigger loaner car than I bought. Sasha explained the differences in credit union warranty and dealer warranties and advantages. Julio, updated me on my expected time of arrival of my new car transporting from San Fransisco. Can’t wait!

By far, the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. From start to finish this place took great care of me. They priced my trade well, and gave me a great price for the car I bought. I came with a pre-​approval but they found me an even better interest rate through their finance department. Greg Wyatt was an outstanding salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the car I bought as well as very courteous. Kudos to the finance manager Sasha Cesarman who was a hilarious person and really nice!

Sslespeople and sales manger are swine, and beware car buyers they will charge you through the roof., you are not getting a good deal when you go there. DONT BUY A CAR THERE!!!

We recently leased a 2014 qx60 and love it! Traded in our 2013 highlander.
Johnson Thai immediately greeted us as we were looking at the qx60 and brought the exact qx60 we came in for. He was very patient with us and our babygirl. I’m super happy with our purchase! Finally got a car I am completely satisfied with.
