Got a deal on groupon, I wasn’t sure what it would be like but the guy who works there was awesome. Took about 15 – 20 minutes for them to fix my phone. They were fair, they didn’t try and up sell on anything and my phone looks awesome. I now have a spot to take all my electronics and I am comfortable enough to trust them. Awesome!!! I will recommend them to everyone

With a groupon the repair of an Ipad Air was only $ 50! The service was quick and the work was quality. Even if it was full price, $ 99, it still is a bargain. I would definitely recommend JTI Wireless.

I shattered my iphone 6 screen and now it looks brand new! JTI provided amazing customer service, a very fast turnover, and an excellent repair. Their workers are so kind and actually care about customer service. I used the Groupon they had available and it was such an awesome deal! I will be coming back here for future repairs.

Price is fair but the glass was a cheap replacement that cracked instantaneously without even being dropped. Theres glue on my front camera.

I have been using him for close to a year for all my families phone repairs. He is very knowledgeable and always goes over and beyond and without extra charge. I came to this location with a cracked iPhone 6 screen & let me tell you… My experience was excellent! Service was great, Justin and Edgar were very nice & helpful, and my screen was finished in under 30 minutes! I recommend everyone to go here for repairs.

PARTS ONE AND TWO:
I was torn about this place. It’s turning out to be a good experience after all, so I’ve raised the number of stars from my original review. [UPDATE: See the bottom of this review! It’s all good!]
Full story:
I’ve never had a problem with phone damage before getting an iPhone6 a few months ago.
After dropping it, I brought my phone in about two weeks ago for a shattered screen. (Lowest price I found and could repair screen immediately!)
Pros at first glance
1) It’s a small, family-​ish run shop.
2) They seemed to know their stuff, testing the mesh thingy behind the screen before committing to replacing the screen
3) They had the work done in less than the time it took me to eat dinner across the street
The next morning, the screen started tracking weirdly, so I called them. I got two words into describing, per request, the issue before they said, «Bring it in.» They fixed it while I ate lunch! I was happy again!
A few days later, during normal use, the screen began to pop out! I gently pushed it back in with no problem. (If that’s the only problem, I can accept that as a cost for not having to deal with the Genius Bar!)
Then yesterday, the screen popped out again, and I tried again to gently push it back in, but this time apparently pushed the top of it where it’s most flimsy, and broke it. Now it makes neato psychedelic patterns (and nothing else!)
I have no apparent problem with the shop’s workmanship other than what I perceive as using only the cheapest of screen replacement parts, but they’re a small business, so I get that as long as they’re willing to back up those parts.
We’ll see what happens when I go back there today.
UPDATE: I brought it in. They fixed it — not for free, but for an agreed-​upon price that both sides were fairly happy with. They threw in a case and a tempered glass cover. Their senior techs were all at a conference so, rather than have the junior tech go into territory he wasn’t comfy with, he left the edge a little raised, which the owner pointed out to me, and said, «Bring it back on Monday and we’ll fix that, too.»
Try getting that level of service at the Apple Store! It won’t happen, but you’ll be able to say you talked to a genius even if, last week, he was a barista! I’d rather work with guys that don’t just quote policy and have an actual stake in the game. Thanks, guys! Go here. :)
BUT WAIT! THERE’S MORE! PART THREE:
Despite it being over 30 days since JTI had last replaced my screen, the speaker stopped working reliably the other day, only sometimes working if one pushed down on the lower-​right of the screen. My work IT told me that the Genius Bar might not decline to service the phone since the screen replacement wasn’t their work (be warned) so I took it back to JTI on short notice, and only ~90 minutes before they closed for the night.
And JTI fixed it for free, showed me where the ribbon cable usually breaks in case it happens again, and mentioned the price if they have to replace it. Again, just try getting that level of service at the Genius Bar. Go ahead. I’ll be waiting for you at the beach, where I’ll have been for 2 hours already by the time you get to the front of the line.
Thanks, JTI. I didn’t plan on this becoming a long-​term relationship, but you make it so hard to walk away. :)
UPDATE TO PART THREE:
The free speaker fix failed again after a day or two, so I paid them to replace the pieces around the charging port that they recommended. All is well.
PART FOUR:
Today, on Christmas, I’m in Vietnam, and it fails to hold a charge. (Yes, I did all the charging port cleaning jobs recommended online.) If you’ve been keeping up, this phone is about 6 months old, so normal operation means the battery and charging stuff would normally be fine (or covered under Apple warranty *if* I went there first).
But now, I’m afraid to take it to the local store here when I know JTI will probably help me once I get home, and I’m afraid to try an Apple Store (if there is one here or on my next stops) because of the 3^rd-​party parts.
I’m either forced to find a local phone and SIM for five days or go without a phone until I get home and JTI can fix their own parts while under warranty.
So JTI loses one star for again installing parts that don’t last, and also because using 3^rd-​party shops means you can’t go to the Apple Store to fix it. I know JTI generally rocks, so we’ll see what happens when I get back to the States.

One last thought: Maybe I’m not smart, but I can’t find the store hours on their website (or on Unilocal). Perhaps post them somewhere other than the front door? That’s not worth losing a star for.

These guys are great! Fast, very nice & friendly. I was looking for a place to fix my son’s broken iPhone screen on Unilocal over a year ago and found these guys and tried them out. They did a great job. Unfortunately for me but not for them — haha — I have since been back 5 times to get my screen & my son’s screen on our IPhones replaced.

SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME, DO NOT COME HERE!
I had a broken screen on my Galaxy S4, both glass and LCD. The glass screen is what’s on the outside while the LCD is a thin sheet on the inside. Previously, I had been using it with just the glass screen broken (for about 6 months) LCD working fine. After they replaced the screen, I used it for less than 24 hours before the LCD cracked! Yes, the inside of the glass screen broke but not the glass screen itself. How often does that happen! No drops, nothing besides normal use. According to one of the guys, apparently I can’t put the phone in my pocket or else the LCD will break like how mine did. Complete bullcrap. How is it possible that the LCD still works fine for a few months even after a cracked glass screen, but less than 24 hours of normal use after installing a «new» screen, the inside LCD breaks?! They wouldn’t take even partial responsibility or even offer a discount for a new screen/​installment. They were very rude.
Will never come back here again.

I went in to get my phone fixed on a Thursday and two days later on that Saturday night I press down on my screen and it shatters. (A screen should not shatter from the pressure of you touching it). A few pieces chipped had off of the screen and you can see the half-​hazard job they did on gluing the screen on. I go in to see if I can get it fixed again for free. The man tries to dismiss me without any resolution to my problem, then when I pointed out the gluing he tries to give me 50% off my next fix. The glass to my front camera is about to fall off, my phone is now operating worse with this repair job than with the cracked screen I brought in to be fixed. This place is a rip off, DON’T GO HERE TO GET YOUR SCREEN FIXED!

I had a screen replacement here on my iphone and my screen is broken again in one week by itself. When I went back to try to get it fixed, they totally ignored me and give me a shitty attitude. It’s the worse customer service I have ever encountered in the U.S.
Again, Do Not come here, you’d rather spend slightly more money than have bad quality products and services.

Wow what a great relief to find a shop that has great prices and customer service! Dropped off the phone and picked it up within 30 minutes.
Called two places and this place had the best price hands down.

Called to see how much it would cost to fix my cracked screen on iPhone 6 and he told me they were having a promotion for $ 105. Good deal considering other places I called wanted around $ 125. Took it in that same day and they had it fixed and ready in about an hour and a half. The service was really friendly. Hopefully I won’t have another problem with the screen cracking on my phone again but if I do, I’ll be back ;)

JTI SAVED THE DAY! I brought them my 2.5 year old HTC with water damage and a day later, it was back to its brilliant self! $ 45 was all I paid to save hundreds.
This shop repairs most phones and sells no contact prepaid phones galore! No appointment needed, just walk in.
Definitely get the tempered glass screen protector for $ 9.99. Don’t forget to check for the Groupon

I had a great experience here.
I have an iPhone 4S and my screen was so shattered you could see the metal and light inside. The power button was also damaged.
I was greeted by a friendly rep, who quoted me $ 50 total for both items and gave me an hour wait time. Good pricing.
I was helped in the same courteous manner when I returned, and no wait to pay. It was a nice touch that the tech left the plastic on the front.
Recommendation: bring cash to pay. There’s a service fee for cards.
Any concerns, they have a 30-​day warranty.

Looked on Unilocal to see where I could get my S4 cracked screen fixed. I was prepared to pay 100+ for the screen repair but turns out they just had to replace the glass and not the screen and glass. 1 hour and 55 dollars later and my phone is as good as new! Way cheaper than getting a new phone or even paying the deductible on your insurance in some cases. Check this place out if you’ve damaged your phone. Worth it! I was a litlte confused first walking in though cuz the sign says Simply prepaid/​Tmobile. I thought it was just another tmobile store.

Justin was very professional and provided great customer service. I called in the morning for a quote for my galaxy s4 lcd screen which I had broken. Everywhere else was quoting me $ 180 to $ 200. He quoted me the lowest price so I went in that same afternoon and within half an hour my phone was like brand new. I highly recommend him and his services to anyone looking for courteous, fast, affordable phone repair.
For people unfamiliar with the area, he is the Simply Prepaid cell phone shop in the Min Sok Chon and Korea House plaza on convoy.
