I am board certified as an expert in Traumatic Stress with advanced training in Rapid Trauma Resolution, Hypnotherapy, EMDR, Cognitive Therapy. I provide Talk Therapy, TFT, EFT, DBT, and many other therapeutic modalities. With 24 years of helping San Diegans, 3 years experience at Charter Hospital running their Intensive Outpatient Program for addiction treatment, and 5 years at SD Job Corps counseling troubled teenagers I am well seasoned and capable of helping you tackle your problem as well!

Over 24 years of experience treating individuals, couples, and families. I have been successful in helping clients through many different difficult issues. I make every effort to create a safe environment in which you will learn new skills to help manage your real life problems. I will help you to feel comfortable discussing your issues so that, together, we can create a plan to get your life on-​track again and move you to a higher level than ever before. I excel in working with difficult issues, troubled teens, families in distress, and often provide counsel for other therapists who feel lost.
