I ran into issues with one of the loan agents at Integrity Mortgage Group. The loan agent did not respond to my emails or calls for close to 10 days (2 weeks). Out of frustration and with tax time pressure, I called Integrity Mortgage Group for assistance. John took my call and even though he knew he would not make a penny from this engagement, John jumped in to assist me. Within an hour, I noticed a response with the necessary details I needed. Further, he reached out to my loan agent and got him to get back to me on my specific questions.
John — I thank you for what you did. This experience enabled me to know a person who cares for his company’s reputation and one who believes in addressing customer concerns.
