I bought two brand new tires from this company Joe tires a few months ago. One of the tires was very defective with big nipples coming out of the side of them after a while. I brought the tire in after seeing there was no nail in it and the tire was bulging on the side. One of the servicemen the manager took the tire away to the back. he seen that the tire was bulging because of a manufacturer defect but then said I must have ran over a nail because there was a hole in the tire but there was no nail in the tire. He said the nail must have came out… He therefore did not honor my tire warranty even though it was obviously defective. These people have very bad business practices and you can tell by the environment/​building that this is not a top-​of-​the-​line company and poor in business. Save your money and do not go to this company.

I’ve never been to this place but I’ve been the the laundromat a cross the street. LOVE being cat called and sexually harassed by all the guys at joes just standing around out front. And then being insulted for ignoring them. love it.

I have no complaints! I’ve gotten two sets of tires here, no problems either time. Never made an appointment, and still in and out in less than an hour! Quick work, nice guys… I wouldn’t mind coming here for my next set, either!

The worst customer service. They are not expensive but wow smile be polite. We showed up and about 5min later 2 more customers he stopped checking our tire to go attend to the other 2 and kept us waiting.

Happy with my experience here. Purchase 4 off road rims with tires for a good price. Good customer service, whenever I had questions they were more than willing to answer them since this was my rim purchase. Overall a good business will go back for any other tire or rim needs and will recommend to others.

100 dollars cheaper than any other place that quoted me. so fast that they were almost done by the time I was finished paying. in and out in 10 minutes! fast and affordable!

Called a tire company to ask about a warranty issue. They asked were I purchased the tires, I said Joe’s, THEY TOLD ME THEY DONT HONOR WARRANTY FROM JOES BECAUSE JOES SELLS THEIR DEFECTIVE TIRES!!!
That right when these large companies have tires that don’t met standards they sell them to disposal companies, Joe’s purchases these tires and sells them to the public!

Used to come here when I need a bent rim fixed. Called recently for the pricing of fixing a bent rim as the price ALWAYS changes, and they said, «hold on» (and I can hear them in the background) then it gets quiet and I hear them hanging the phone up on me! I called again, and they said, «No we don’t fix bent rims, sorry».
Don’t go here. They have bad customer service. Discount tires is better and at least they’ll fix any wrongdoings without charging you extra.

Recognized a slash in my tire in my way home from work today around 6pm. Most tire shops were closed at that time but Joe’s Tires was still open. Pulled into their lot around 645pm, got my tire replaced in about 20 mins. Thanks for being open late! Great service!

There are a lot of ratings out there, from one star to five stars. You should know that if you’re looking for inexpensive tires, this is THE place.
Most clients want two things: cheap and great quality. That is nearly impossible to obtain. You either get something cheap and the quality is lower than most or you pay more and get the best. Most people come to Joe’s for inexpensive tires and that’s exactly what they’ll give you. If you’re expecting the best service imaginable then you’re out of your mind. Everyone wants a killer deal and that means that Joe’s Tires will be packed. If you don’t want to wait, come and get your tires bright and early and beat out everyone. If you hate waiting then go somewhere else. The staff is pretty friendly, but don’t expect to get mimosas while you wait.
My experience with them was inexpensive and fast. It was exactly what I wanted.

This is the worst tire shop on the planet. The manager, Gordon/​Gordo is absolutely horrible at customer service. I don’t know why I keep torturing myself and going back there. They don’t care about the safety of their customers or about making sure things are done correctly all they care about is making a buck. Selling cheap defective tires and wheels from China and not standing by their word or their work. I like to try to keep my money in my community and stay away from big box stores but I really wish I had never set foot in this place. I can say one thing for them though, they’re equal opportunity rip off artists! Just rude & unprofessional. They do stupid crap like put the cap on my rim from a different brand because their tech is too lazy to peel off the sicker so mine gets lost, they can’t balance their cheap rims and tires to save their own life! One of my rims came defective and now I can’t replace it. I’ll definitely be going to the bureau of automotive repairs on them! JERKS

Took half a day of work so I could make it on the scheduled appointment (today) for my new rims to get installed only to find out that they FORGOT to order my rims. This place is a total joke. Atleast have the curtesy to give your customer a call to not show up because their promised stuff are not ready yet! What a waste of time!
And SHOUTOUT to that lady at the register who not only did not apologize but gave me attitude.
So, I just decided to get a refund!

I just stood there for about 5 minutes while the two girls working at the desk ignored me, and then another employee came in, so they engaged in a conversation with him. I am really not sure what happened, but customer service is not it. I am not a fan of the Unilocal bashing that business owner’s endure sometimes due to one bad experience, but this was such a crazy experience that I cannot justify NOT writing a bad review. There are other options in the area besides this one.
Joe’s came recommended, but I would not give them my money.

Very upset right now!!! I paid $ 750 for new tires on my car, and I had to take my car in today because there was a leak. The mechanic informed me my tires are really old and maybe have until July left…
He checked the tires, and they were manufactured in 2000… making them 13 YEARS OLD!!! I am so upset right now, that I may contact the BBB for a full refund.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE — THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They treated me well and prices were unbelievable.
I didn’t know what I wanted going in but they assisted me with finding 22″ rims and tires that fit my car and I was in and out of there in less than an hour. My buddy referenced them to me and now I see why. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My family has been coming for years, never had a bad experience until last week. Customer service is very poor here. I decided to write a review due to the quality of service given. I understand my rights as a paying customer to any establishment. If within reason we are able to file complaint to the Bureau of Automotive Repairs.
The site states, «At some point all of us will need to take our vehicles into an automotive repair shop, whether it’s for routine maintenance like oil changes and tune-​ups, or more extensive work like collision repairs.
You should normally feel confident that a repair facility will do the work properly and for a reasonable price. However, when you believe work has not been done properly, or that you have not been treated fairly by an automotive repair dealer, it’s important that you have a place to turn to for help. That place is the Bureau of Automotive Repair.»
Needless to say they’ve lost a loyal client of theirs. Hope this helps anyother dishearten client who thinks theres no alternative.
