Jimmy’s Famous American Tavern’s cuisine is touted as «Fry Cook meets Foodie» specializing in American Comfort Food. We are known for our whopping 10-ounce Burgers, Dark Beer Battered Onion Rings with housemade Chipotle Ketchup, Southern Pimento Cheese Dip, and Fish & Chips. Don’t worry, we also have a healthy side. Our Daily Grilled Fish selection, Hearty Turkey Chili and BBQ Salmon Salad are outstanding.
Brunch is served on Sunday’s from 10am-2pm. Don’t miss the Warm Cinnamon Fritters, Crème Brulee French Toast or Southern Benedict. The Bloody Mary’s are served with a Pabst Blue Ribbon Chaser.
Equally as enjoyable are our Handcrafted Signature Cocktails. Our bartenders are dedicated to the precise rendering of both vintage and modern cocktails alike. All house specialties are made with juice squeezed fresh daily on premise, along with fresh local herbs and veggies. We also have a wide array of canned, bottled and draft beers, including some from local breweries.

Described as a «visionary» and «chef/restaurateur with theatrical flair,» Wilhelm has been
cited as a major influencer behind several of Southern California“s most popular restaurants.
Through the years, he has launched over 20 restaurant concepts ranging from full service to
fast-casual including Kachina, Chimayo, Diva, Bistro 201, French 75, Savannah Chop House, Sorrento Grille,
and Chat Noir. As Managing Partner of Jimmy’s, Wilhelm is involved in every aspect including
operations, marketing, menu development and promotions.
