Jimmy Choo

Stopped in JC to check out new kicks for my upcoming wedding. I’m looking for specific pumps to go along with my custom wedding dress. Unfortunately during this visit, I didn’t find what I was looking for. The sales lady came out and was inquiring about what I was searching for. I mentioned the details, and she noted that they had something in stock but sent the remaining inventory back to the warehouse since they were going to the outlets.
I didn’t know JC had outlets, but they are in Cabazon. The lady mentioned that she wasn’t sure when they were going to be shipped, but she would contact me if there was any movement or if she knew the status of the shoes. Once the shoes are at the warehouse, it is hard to determine when they will be shipped to the outlets.
The lady mentioned that once she knows that the shoes are being shipped, she can order them for me. I actually saw the shoes online several months ago, but didn’t bother to come into JC until now. Sadly, I lost out, but hopefully I’m able to pull through on the pumps I’m looking for!!!
If I’m able to get them, I’d be getting them at the outlet price also. SCORE! But again, would need to wait a couple weeks to follow up. Crossing my fingers!!!

I purchased my wedding shoes from here 2 years ago and had a great experience. I don’t remember the service being as bad as other reviewers are saying. I had both a male and female associate help me pick out my wedding shoes and they were both very helpful to me.
I was able to try on different styles and ultimately decided to purchase the Vamp strappy platform high heel. The height and color was perfect and it was very comfortable for me to wear. It is definitely a must have for every woman’s shoe collection. It matches everything and looks very classy!

The best shoes around! Yes, some of the most expensive too, but hey, what a great fantastic taste in both adorning our feet and decorating our hands with those wonderful bags. I normally go, try, receive a superb treatment and no questions asked if I say ‘oh, I will think about it’ (=I cannot afford this now). It is always a pleasure for me to go to Jimmy Choos and, hey! get a free bag to brag later on at work when I carry my food for lunch! Even the packaging is awesome!

Seriously bless the Jimmy Choo Angels Christina and Katie who were working when I went in the other day. They seriously made my day so much better and gave such amazing good service that it made me want to spend my money in their store!!! Not only was I blown away but while I was waiting for christina to return from the back with my purchase another woman walked in who appeared to not be having such a great day either. The girls greeted her and grabbed her shoes from the back which she had dropped off for repair… they were so down to earth and so polite and carried such a great conversation with her that before she left she stopped to thank them for treating her so well even though she had not walked into purchase anything & she had had such a bad day that they made her feel so special and she appreciated their service so much.
I myself had such horrible service a few minutes prior in Gucci that I was so upset and these girls treatment was over the top and almost made me cry!!! My experience began like this… I was turning to walk out of jimmy choo the entire bottom of my gucci heel shoe came off… the sole and everything, like nothing i had experienced before! I was not only humiliated that any shoe especially such an expensive one would literally fall apart off my foot like this but now stranded because I couldn’t walk! How would I get to my car? The sales gal Christina literally took the shoes off her feet to let me wear them so I could walk across the way to the Gucci store In the mall to see about repairing them. I mean who does that?! Normally u expect to get treated like a «nobody» in a high-​end store like that let alone being comforted and offered shoes off her own feet?!
Long story short Gucci has seen the last of me supporting their fashion valley location… they didn’t greet me, i had to ask to be helped and the sales girl was annoyed to help but began with yelling at me across the store if «i wanted anything or had a question?» furthermore no one apologize or introduced themselves before servicing me, then they made me feel horrible about what happened, like i stole the shoes and tried to return them, they didn’t bother to sympathize and could not repair my shoe without trying to CHARGE me $ 200?!! Imagine
Extremely flabbergasted & Upset I returned to the jimmy choo store to thank her for the shoes and to figure out how I was going to return hers to her after I reached my car.
Just because of the top notch service I ended up purchasing even more…(screw gucci).Christina is one of the best sales people I have ever met! They should give her a raise and a promotion pronto!

This store has a horrible return policy. During my recent purchase I had to sign the cc slip once for the purchase and other to acknowledge the return policy. Exchange or store credit only within 14 days. No refunds/​returns apparently. I love the brand but will shop at Nordstrom or Neiman Marcus for better customer service and return policies. I’ll get my sparkle fix elsewhere.

Friendly service and the sales associate who was helping was super nice about showing us some pretty shoes. Even though didn’t pick up anything, will be back if ever in the area again.

I was finally able to take my Clue’s in to get repaired after the heels of my pumps got stuck in one of slats of the wooden deck at the Waterfall Terrace. I thought they were ruined. = ((

I took them to JC’s to see if they can repair them and they said they could. I had expected the repair to be costly but they were able to repair them at no cost to me and in less than a week. Thank goodness.
I’ve been here numerous times since my original review and Gerardo has been there to help me with my purchases and has really been very helpful. Because of him and my great shoe repair job, I had to give them an extra star.
btw — I love my Clue pumps (

I don’t get why this location thinks they’re the best thing that ever happened to Fashion Valley Mall. Seriously Jimmy Choo, you came in way too late. You opened this store when Christian Louboutin was becoming the hottest designer (and still is).
Every time I walk into this store, I quickly walk out. Not because I can’t afford the shoes (I have too many Choos from back in the day), but the SAs are not friendly at all. Louboutin is giving you a run for your money so you better be grateful someone is walking into your store. I think the Costa Mesa store is much better.

What’s with the attitude at every boutique shoe salon?! JEEZE. Serious flippin ‘tude.
Yes, I get it. Walking around the mall in sweatpants and flip flops doesn’t exactly make me look like i’m Growing Up Gotti, but don’t judge me. I put away enough room in my wedding budget to afford a beautiful pair of shoes and I most certainly will NOT buy them from you now.
(The stars are only for the product, one star for each foot that a beautiful Choo will be strapped upon. But I will buy them from someone who appreciates my business.)

I got soooo excited when I walked into the very bright white Jimmy Choo store, it was almost as if there was some sort of heavenly glow to it.
There were two saleswomen working that day and to my surprise one of them remembered me from when she used to work at Burberry and I used to frequent there all the time!
I was on a mission looking for copper colored, strappy heels to go with my badass dress I bought for my 21^st birthday. I was not planning on getting Jimmy Choo’s as I didn’t think it would be in my budget to do so. I mean common I was planning on spending all my money on booze! Well, my good old sales lady helped me find copper colored heels, they weren’t too high of a heel (which was a nice change of pace for my 5’6″ stature), and even better they were on sale for $ 300! Okay so thats not REALLY a sale, but for Jimmy Choo common you would too.
PS. These beat on Manolo’s any day. They were comfortable the FIRST (and only) time I wore them! I’m addicted, officially!
