Excellent service from the body shop and parts department! Our customer needed a replacement side molding for a Yukon and it had to be painted to match. Jimmie Johnson solved both problems with one call. I was able to order the part and arrange for the body shop to paint the part after it arrived, all over the phone with one call. I’m sure it helped that I own a small auto service business and my customer was made aware that no one could not guarantee a paint color match without the vehicle. But this was still well above the norm for many places. I was amazed at how smooth the process(and the paint) was. I went to the dealership just once after they called to let me know it was ready and it looked great. Even the color was great, and my customer and I could not have been happier. I have since referred them many times, and although things don’t always go right at any shop, my experience could not have been better. I brought my car to Jimmie Johnson Chevrolet’s body shop because it was a recommended I brought my car to Jimmie Johnson Chevrolet’s body shop because it was a recommended vendor for GEICO. The dealership had my car in their possession during a huge storm that happened in San Diego during the weekend of January 30th. There were tornado warnings, so it was a ridiculously huge storm. Jimmie Johnson Chevrolet ended up LOSINGMYFRONTLICENSEPLATE, which I find ridiculous because ITWASSECURELYATTACHEDTOMYFRONTBUMPER when I dropped my car off. Due to the storm, not only was my front license plate missing, but my car also accrued massive instances of chipped paint. They attempted to buff my car several times, but let’s be real, you can’t buff out chipped paint. What was supposed to be ONEWEEK of work, took ONEMONTH, and let me tell you, it wasn’t pretty. I had to fight with Jimmie Johnson Chevrolet tooth and nail, and GEICO had to escalate this issue to the GM before it was resolved! Although the chipped paint was fixed, I’m still having difficulty with this claim because Enterprise(the car rental company that Jimmie Johnson directed me to) ended up charging me nearly $ 400 for the car rental when the full cost should have been billed to Jimmie Johnson Chevrolet. It’s been almost TWOMONTHS and I am STILL dealing with this situation, which is unacceptable!!! I definitely DONOT recommend bringing your car to Jimmie Johnson Chevrolet, and as a word of advice to the executives, you should invest in a better camera for your body shop so that they can take accurate photos.

I will never again deal with these guys, took my truck in for them to buy, 1 guy tells me 1 price, and when I show up to drop if it they tell me another price way lower !!! f — this place if I wasn’t in a jam I would take it else where. Worst customer service around !!!

Collision Department I had a car accident and had to bring in my car to get fixed and Vito is amazing the crew here are amazing. I brought my truck in and I was in a rental and I kept getting text updates on my cell. Come on you know that is awesome. I was only in the rental for a day because my truck was fixed. yay! and thanks to John in the detail dept. my truck is beautiful from inside…
