I primarily do mobile massage. All massages are tailored to the needs and requests of the client. Modalities practiced: Deep Tissue, Herbal Thai, Trigger Point, Shiatsu, Circulatory/​Swedish, and Sports massage techniques. Prenatal massage is also available.

Established in 2011.

We all have the ability to heal ourselves if we listen to our bodies and allow our bodies to heal. I found my love for yoga and massage in my search to find help in rehabilitating a shoulder injury resulting from repetitive stress. Recovering from my own injuries inspired me to help others on their own journey of healing.

Business Owner

I left my 10 year career as a gemologist to become a massage therapist and yoga teacher. My change started with a repetitive stress injury and found my cure through balancing out the body with massage therapy, posture therapy and yoga therapy. I found that this type of work came naturally to me and I loved it. I decided to take a leap, leave my stable job and help others find their own way to healing.
