History

Established in 2009.

We started the business in 2009 as Laptop Trade SD. Working mostly with laptops and desktop computers with two primary objectives. On one hand, there was computer services and on the other, equipment refurbishing for resale. Later the company evolved to focus on just IT Services and Electronic Repair.

In December 2014 we changed the business name to JCI Tech Solutions to accurately describe the business activities, as we stopped buying or re-​selling any equipment. From that point in time, we have been providing services to small businesses and residential customers with a satisfied rate of 98% returning customers.

As a co-​founder of Laptop Trade SD now JCI Tech Solutions, Isabela brings all her IT experience to the company. Along with her Computer Science degree she brings CISCO, Web Server Maintenance and Security certifications, as well as over 20 years of experience in the IT area. She provides software problem solving from a simple program installation up to complex configurations. You can be sure that you are in good experienced and professional hands when you come and ask for IT support or electronic repair.

Having dropped my old tech because he got «too big» and too expensive for the little customer, I found JCI Tech Solutions (Isabela and Carlos) through Craigs list.
I have used them a couple of times since and have found them to be prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable and their rates are very reasonable.
I will call them again when needed and urge anyone reading this to do so as well with no worry or reservation.

Highly recommend getting your laptop, tablet, phone, or your TV here (they told me they were doing TV repairs now, too!). Very professional, friendly, and quick. I had been dealing with a loose charge port and trying to make it work for months, but got too fed up and tried to find somewhere to take it in. It was done fast, faster than I thought it would take, and the port works beautifully now. There’s no wiggle! I could not be happier with the service provided.

My computer was spontaneously turning off and my screen would flicker. I was looking for an affordable place that could tell me what was wrong with my computer, hoping that I didn’t have to buy another one. They told me what was wrong with it quickly and explained it to me really well. I handed it over on Monday and my Wednesday I already had it back. They’re very customer friendly and I didn’t hesitate to leave my computer. Surprisingly enough, it was very affordable which as a college student, was much appreciated. I definitely recommend them.

Called JCI after looking at Unilocal reviews. My laptop had some sort of Malware virus and I was contemplating repair or buy a new one. I rolled the dice and decided to repair after contacting Isabella. I dropped my laptop off on Wednesday afternoon and it was ready by noon Friday. It has been a week since the repair and my laptop works just like it did when I bought it! I’m still planning to upgrade and will use this laptop as a backup. Would I go back to JCI «Hell Yeah!» Believe me these people are knowledgeable and take the time to listen to your concerns but most of all their «HONEST.» Give Isabella a call I’m confident she can help you with your computer, laptop or telephone repair.

Also known as Laptop trade SD, new name to show changing technology from just PC laptops to all new tablets and smart phones as they can repair most all types of electronic tablet, desktop, PC and smart cell phone electronic issues but still the same ethical and professional service. I recently used Carlos and Isabella to repair an HP tablet that was bricked. They are good honest computer technicians. I recommend them highly. Call them and ask how they can help you with your IT issues or problems. They are very friendly and I will repeat business with them.
