Jack In the Box

The only thing that is open 24hours is the drive through but other than that the doors are locked and the lady that was running the drive through had an attitude with and obviously didn’t want to be there. I have never been to a jack in the box that closes its doors during the night or had such terrible service.

My favorite Jack in the Box location.
Always clean, food comes out fast and it’s always perfect. Team members are always friendly and welcoming. Nothing bad to say about this. I highly recommend it.

Shout out to Tesia and Sadaf! They are hands down our favorite drive thru people we have ever met. We love them. They are always so nice and never mess up our order. They really are a huge reason as to why we go regularly!

Fast service and really great tasting 99 cent tacos. Nice staff and they work with a sense of urgency!

Do I must to give a star? This store should receive none. My friend and I went to jack today, my friend was behind me in the line. I was going to order mine with coupon and the manager saw I talked to my friend in the line. He said we must print the coupon from the same computer therefore he is not going to accept another one. I said, we used different computer and we are going to pay separately. He said still. Worse worse experience I have faced! Never go again

This jack in the box will definitely receive 5 stars this time around because they actually cooked my tacos fresh. I’ve been to 4 other Jack in box nearby and the tacos tasted as if they had been cooked and left out for a couple of hours. I definitely recommend this one for good quality fast food.

The drive-​thru lines moves pretty slow. Customer service was ehhh. they seem like they don’t really like their job. Just seems like they are there to do as they’re suppose to and leave.

Love this jack in the box! This is the only place that allows me to have half fries/​half curly fries for my munchie meal! Everywhere else denied my order… I always request fresh curly fries and let them know I’ll wait, and every time it comes out fresh and hot! Other jack and box say they will, but working in a fast food industry before, I can tell the difference when it’s soggy from all the oil or not as hot from removing it out from the fryer.

I’m giving them 1 star because I can’t give them 0 stars!!! I just went there and the lazy assholes wouldn’t take my order because it was too much (I work at a hospital and was getting food for 4 people) and yes that is the excuse they gave me and that they were super busy!!! Are you freaking kidding me right now!!! It’s fucking midnight, there was nobody at the drive thru and no one inside… Hmmmmmmmm

It’s Jack in the Box. Inside is clean. Great post-​drinking food. Walk-​in closes at midnight (or 1). Drive-​thru open 24 hrs. Have a Designated Driver!
Order is always correct. People are very nice. Occasionally, the drive-​thru can take close to forever, though (minus 1-​star).

Open ²⁴⁄₇. If you’ve had your fill of Mexican food, this is an easy fix to satisfy your cravings during those late nights.
There’s nothing like Jack in the Box curly fries! Good with ranch dressing, honey mustard, or in its own.
I love their new 9pm munchie meal deal, the potato cheddar chicken Sandwhich is absolutely amazing. As always, their tacos are cheap and delicious with their buttermilk ranch sauce.
Never have a problem with my orders here, they always come out quickly and correct.

I guarantee you that their aren’t any type of fries that are like the Jack in the box Curly Fries!!! I go the the spot (J-​Box) and cop that Bacon Ultimate Cheese Burger with those almighty fries of untended curliness and why stop with the calories there? I get the biggest chocolate shake they have available! My arteries are starting to clog just from reading this! Oh my, oh my Jack what fury hath thou wrought upon my life? I can accredit about 10 percent of my body weight to this place and I am fine with that! Convenient spot down the road and surprisingly enough an excellent stop for when I’m on my way to work in the morning! Was this your doing God? Did you do this on purpose to make me happy? Is this the blessing that you have bestowed upon me or just a quick way for you to get me to go to heaven even faster that the normal human speed? Either way if I keep hitting up the J-​Box I’ll be seeing you very soon.

Disappointed.
I have tried to order from this place multiple times. Every time I think they get my order correct, they find a way to mess it up.
I won’t be coming back here again. The definition of insanity is doing something over and over and expecting a different result.
I won’t expect anything better than the services I have received here previously. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Cons:
— mixed type of services (good and bad)
— parking is hectic
— Gift card doesn’t work most of the time
Main reason for review:
I got a gift card from my brother that i wanted to use at this Jack-​in-​the-​box location. 4 times I used it, it was not working when the worker swiped the gift card, and 3 out of those 4 times the worker just said «this doesn’t work.» Only one worker actually typed in the numbers from the card to get it working.
My main complaint is the service. Few are great, others just go along under the bar.
Final total:
I will still be going here because… it’s convenient and its Jack-​In-​The-​Box, random cravings for Ultimate Cheese Burgers and 99cent tacos. Yay… but I just have to gamble on the service.

Don’t get me wrong. Jack is the better of the fast foods places.
However there is a 2 taco deal free if you give your input on their survey site. I have done this 2x with no need for a purchase. That last visit just recently the manager informed me I need to purchase something to redeem the 2 tacos. I told him that I have done this before and threw was no issue. Well he stood to his word so I will not go there no longer.
End of story.

First, I’d like to say my rating is on a scale of what I’ve experienced from other Jack in the Box locations, not restaurants I’ve been to overall. Don’t think of this as some fine dining experience just because I gave it 4 stars (unless you’re mentally handicapped…)
With that being said, I’m a huge Jack in the Box fan. I was raised on that shit while growing up and I’ve basically tried everything on their menu before. Heck, I’m even a regular taste tester at the corporate headquarters in Kearny Mesa.
Everyone knows what they’re going to get in terms of food quality when they drop by any Jack in the Box chain, so I won’t get into that because I can talk about my love for their burgers and snacks for days.
But this specific location really shines with their customer service. I love it. Each employee has an actual personality and is actually enthusiastic about their job. They don’t just lifelessly take my order and hand me my food, they do it with some goddamn passion in their voice and smile! I wish I could be friends with each and every one of them outside of their jobs because they seem so warm and friendly (hope that doesn’t sound too creepy)
Everytime I leave here, it puts me in a good mood, because not only did I just eat an amazing meal of bacon cheddar potato wedges and tacos, but I also received amicable service from their super chill staff.
PS: They are also very generous with condiment portions. =)
