Intuitive Healing Acupuncture

My experience was so peaceful, nurturing and healing. Walking into the building reminded me of walking into a a lush, tropical South American hidden hotel treasure! Seriously it’s beautiful and just stepping into that space puts you at ease. Pier is professional, sincere and really listens as you begin your consultation. She then applies what she learns and «feels» from you into her treatment. She includes massage with her acupuncture treatment which is WONDERFUL. This was my second time getting an acupuncture treatment ever and her needlework is meticulous (I didn’t even feel most of them). I left feeling restored and balanced and look forward to my next monthly treatment to maintain balance in my life. Thank you Pier!

Dealing with chronic back pain can be miserable. Pier consistently helps me when so many others have failed. Our first consultation was unlike anything I have ever seen from a traditional doctor. In addition to many detailed medical questions, she asked me how I was sleeping, what my diet was like, even what my dreams where like. I felt like my back pain was being addressed as a whole body issue for the first time. Pier has since performed acupuncture, massage, and cupping for me and each time I leave her office feeling refreshed, relaxed, and with a serious reduction in pain. I would highly recommend her services to anyone, whether you have a nagging injury or just want to get your chi flowing again. Her office is in a lovely Spanish style building and and once inside you can’t help but feel relaxed and comfortable. While all my doctors have given me the option of a lifetime of painkillers and/​or spinal surgery, Pier continues to help me deal with my back issue and will continue for as long as she’ll have me!

I always feel better when I leave my regular appointment with Cara. Her kindness and expertise keep me coming back weekly. My friends and family are recruits, as well. Whether I have a cold coming on, a nagging shoulder ache, am recovering from surgery, or whatever, she uses the appropriate therapy for it and I walk out a new person. I never would have believed that one hour can take away all of that pain. Thank you, Cara.

Cara has treated me for several things, physical and mental, with such care, professionalism, detail and success. I can’t stop praising her work and always look forward to working with her again. She really sets up a plan for you after an extensive interview session to know what will work best for you. Always caring and never embarrassing. Pier Santiago at Intuitive Healing embodies the name of this relaxing office. I was suffering from a foot injury and had trouble moving my toes. My little toe would not move at all! After just one treatment I could flex my toes and the little one began to move too; amazing! She did what the podiatrist could not do. I had been suffering pain at every step for months and now could walk with a normal gait, painlessly.
Fast forward to my next visit. Again I received treatment on my foot as well as for my seasonal allergies. The sinus pressure that always seems to be present this time of year was gone by the time I left the office. Pier suggested a tea that helps relieve symptoms without side effects. My foot gained even more flexibility. What a joyous change in my life from an amazing, warm-​hearted and intuitive healer.

I had a wonderful acupuncture session with Pier Santiago yesterday! It was my first time to her new office space and I was amazed by the beauty of the Spanish styled building. The inside garden courtyard was breathtaking! Seriously it has the most beautiful trees, I think one was a real Banyan tree. Her office was lovely too with a sunny view of Del Mar.
Pier made my feel at ease and took her time as she gave me a complete assessment and full acupuncture treatment, including a back massage with warm oil. I felt very nourished and balanced when I left, slept great and woke up today refreshed and pain free:) Already looking forward to my next session with Pier!

Cara at Intuitive Healing Acupuncture has helped me with everything from back pain to menstrual cramps. I have a nagging back injury from years ago, that used to prevent me from running and working out. Regular treatments from Cara have not only reduced my pain and allowed me to start running again, but have eliminated it.
