On 9÷8÷2014 I rented a wheelchair, paid by credit card $ 81.00 for one month; only needed the wheelchair till 9÷23÷2014.
Returned the wheelchair on the above date together with my Nurse, at which time Carol took the chair & I gave her my Invoice copy
(A mistake) & today I received a call that it is time to return the wheelchair. They seem to be terribly un– organized. The last thing the gal said who called me: I will look for the chair! Today is 10/​22/​2014.
Also they do not honor Medicare!
I told her to call me back, I doubt she will.

I’m so happy we picked this place when we were looking for wheelchair rentals (we had family in town, including 2 grandparents who needed wheelchairs during their stay). We’ve never used a place like this, so we had to start with a blind search for a place to use.
From our initial phone call through the return of the wheelchairs, this was as pleasant of a transaction as you could ask for. At pickup, one person wrote up the slip while the other one helped load the chairs into my car. Drop-​off was also quick and easy, and the wheelchairs themselves worked just fine. Please give this friendly business a try for any mobility needs you may have!
