Taylor | Anderson is a full-​service civil litigation firm. We specialize in catastrophic personal injury defense, but we also take on catastrophic personal injury plaintiff cases. In addition, my personal practice includes business litigation, insurance bad faith litigation, and employment litigation.

History

Established in 2006.

Mr. Harmeling formed the Law Offices of Henry Harmeling IV, APC in January 2006, and in June 2010 moved the practice up to North County and renamed it Leucadia Law & Mediation.

Mr. Harmeling is presently involved in a wide array of litigation matters, including several large intellectual property disputes, multiple business litigation matters, and a number of employment disputes (representing both the employee and employer). In 2009, Mr. Harmeling resolved a multi-​million dollar public works construction suit in favor of his client, an underground subcontractor.

In June 2007, Mr. Harmeling became a member of the San Diego Superior Court’s Mediation Panel. In August 2007, Mr. Harmeling was selected to be a mediator for the new attorney-​client fee dispute mediation program through the San Diego County Bar Associations (SDCBA).

Mr. Harmeling has an undergraduate degree from UCLA (English, 1993) and a juris doctor from University of San Diego School of Law (1998).

Mr. Harmeling has been practicing civil litigation in California since 2000, and opened up his own solo practice in January 2006.

Mr. Harmeling resides in Carlsbad, California with his wife, Courtney, and their children, Jack and Lucy. In his spare time, Mr. Harmeling enjoys spending time with his family, surfing, and following his favorite sports teams (Clippers, Chargers, and Padres, in that order).
