History

Established in 2013.

Nicole began building her team shortly after moving her license from lending to real estate sales in 2007 and officially become Hazelton & Associates in 2013. After thoughtful selection, her team has backgrounds in sales, escrow, new home sales, finance, lending, and design.

Hazelton & Associates specialize in areas of San Diego County from South Bay to Poway. The office is centrally located in Downtown San Diego where they mainly focus on Downtown residential property sales.

Hazelton & Associates offer a wide range of services to their buyers and sellers. They can provide an interior designer to offer vision on a purchase or to help sellers stage the perfect listing. They can offer their sellers a marketing package on a global scale, commanding a market presence that is beyond compare.

Business Owner

Nicole was raised in a Real Estate family where she was surrounded by agents, appraisers, and investors. After moving to San Diego in 1998, her career path began in the lending industry where she was a leading Account Manager for a direct lender.

With a love for number crunching and organization her decision to move her license to real estate sales was a natural progression. Nicole holds the REALTOR® designation and has numerous certifications. She currently leads a team of honest, hard working agents that help buyers and sellers all across San Diego County

Nicole is constantly striving to be on the cutting edge of the market and travels across the country for educational seminars to keep her clients and her team up to date on the latest trends.
