I loved the care and attention my daughter received during her appointment. No copay/​appt. Fee. Everyone is super helpful. A+ experience. So happy there is a hanger clinic near me!

WARNING — check the price before handing over your credit card. I was told one amount and then charged $ 100 more. (After many weeks, and phone calls, this money was refunded) Had I not been alert, and paid attention, someone would have benefited nicely.

Just to be clear. Hanger is in the business of custom prosthetics and orthotics. Often we can’t quote a price over the phone until we see the patient. We are not simply handing over a brace. We must evaluate and treat the patient per the doctor’s recommendations. Our patients are being seen by certified prosthetists and or orthotists.

Would not recommend ordering you need braces from them. They will not give you a price without a fitting appointment. Waited over a week for an appointment that took less than five minutes. Save yourself some time and just order one on Amazon. It is cheaper there

SINCE 11/5/2014.and some time the appointment set for 1/2015,they called me
And took all the measurements in 1//2015,my next appointment 2÷9÷2015 to pickup
the shoes, they called an hour ahead to cancel it, they said your paper work incomplete.
They never called back, and they say we didn’t receive any paperwork from your doctor.
I don’t know what they’re talking about. both doctors signed, and completed all documents

I’ve been here at least a dozen times. The techs here have an issue in staying true to the client’s time. Out of the dozen or so times I’ve been here, I can hardly remember being called back to be seen within a half an hour of my appointment time. This is aggravating and seemingly disrespectful. I have other things I need to be doing and waiting in an office lobby is not one of those things. I don’t often take to the Internet to complain, but after missing each one of my appointments by a half an hour OR MORE due to office mismanagement, it has to be known. Don’t set up appointments shortly after an appointment here. I’ve made that mistake more than once.
The quality of work that is done here however, redeems them. When I have an issue with my prosthetic (AFO), the techs here are attentive, and they listen to your concerns. That’s very nice when your mobility is limited, and the techs are committed to customer satisfaction and quality of life.

If you are in need of something like, I dunno, a cam walker boot with a super cool air pump just your old Reebok’s had then this is your place.
The awesomely cool receptionist welcomes you in with a smile.
They take care of your needs with a friendly demeanor and get you on your way, which in my case was hobbling on my way!
Plus they told me about a wiener dog they made a set of wheels for!
