H&R Block

I hate to leave bad reviews but I thought I should on this one. I went there for the first time ever in my life to get my taxes done and I just had WORSE WORSE experience of my life! This guy named Victor G. Leon messed up my taxes he submitted my taxes without calculating all of my school expenses. Please please avoid going to this place if you don’t want to get robbed for paying to do your taxes and get it done incorrect and get in trouble with the county and state. I went back in there to ask them to review and if possible re-​do my taxes and guess what they told me I had to wait until I get my refund back and only then they will see lf they can do anything about it. I was just so upset that I paid so much money and yet they are not taking any responsibility to fix a mistake one I theor employees made. And guess what thay guys who did my taxes is someone who goes there ones in a blue moon and my bad luck that the day I went there he was there and i ended up getting my taxes messed up. H&R block hires random people during tax season and with a very short training provided to them they let those new employees do taxes for other. So please please avoid this location!
