I’m going to give 4 stars to the actual representative that helped me. I would give three if not two for her manager.
let’s start with my representative– Krystle — she’s patient, calm, understanding– and she’s knows what shes doing. She’ll explain everything to you if you want to know. i was not a normal 1040EZ and she was very helpful and patient. In fact I got to drop off my papers with her, and she worked on them, and just called me when she needed information. My tax return was rental income, independent business, and 1040– I paid ~$ 200.
now for her boss — if all my effort hadn’t been placed on this company– she could have been the main driver for me to take my business elsewhere. Yes HR Block’s come dime a dozen, but this was close to home, and the people I spoke with were friendly. Her boss was bad because she was rude, she threatened with the IRS without explaining items clearly, or didn’t have patience for me to clarify various tax situations. She’d call with a demanding tone, and again always threatened with the IRS. Not happy.
I would like to go to Krystle again and would like to recommend her to other people, and hope this review will clean her boss’ customer service up.
