Background
In 2004, Greg obtained his California Real Estate Sales Person License and joined a real estate firm to sell property and originate loans. Greg gained a tremendous amount of knowledge on how to educate clients in managing their mortgage debt to maximize long-term wealth accumulation. After eight months he discovered his passion for the mortgage side of the business and left to join a firm that focused more on mortgages, where he remained for two years, honing his mortgage industry skills and expertise. He took a break from the mortgage industry from 2008 to 2009, while the industry and economy stabilized. In February 2010, he re-entered the mortgage industry with his approached transformed from Internet lead-based to referral-based. In October of 2010, Greg joined First Cal and found their philosophy and approach to the business to be very much in line with my own.
