Awesome legal place. Went in a few days ago to renewed my rec a few and get my sister her first year card. walked In got right to paperwork saw Dr in 10 minutes really satisfied in and out no waiting great price definitely renewing every year here

The Doctor was super nice.
The guy who answers the phone is SUPER RUDE and PATRONIZING. If you want to be belittled and disrespected, definitely call the guy at the front desk, Randy.
Randy, you are hurting the business by being rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. I have spoken to you twice on the phone and both times you were not nice at all. Certianly not nice enough for me to come back.

This review is solely based on the front desk help. There was a man who is sooooo extremely rude and disrespectful. Said I was trying to «Nickel and dime him» because on their website it says the fee is $ 25. Pretty misleading but if it’s more than $ 25 fine… Didn’t have need to be so rude about it. Saw my credit card and said «really? You’re paying with a credit card? Looks like you can afford my $ 50 fee» go some place else that’s cheaper and better service. This guy is the front desk attendant at a grundy little office with a rude ass attitude and no people skills. I’m sure he will be going no where in life anytime soon. Enjoy being the help, mr.

The guy at the front desk that looks like a blond Peter Griffin was an ass hole. Straight up. Rude. Called his clients «chincy» because I wanted to renew my card for the lowest rate. Babbling on about how we come in with our pennies. Then on the phone it seemed someone called to ask him questions (assuming that’s his job, right??) His intonation was rude as if the person calling should know the answers to the questions. They never called me like they said I would, so when I showed up to get my renewal I didn’t consider bringing my expired document. Attitude for that.
On the plus, the doctor was real nice, asked questions, made me feel welcomed and that he enjoyed his job.

This place is unorganized, lazy, and does not act as a business in anyway. I drove 25 minutes to Northpark trying to get and evaluation, and arrived at 6pm just find out there were closed when clearly there online hours said open until 7pm. Gas isn’t cheap. Update your info so you don’t waste people’s time and money. Congratulations, you lost my business:)

They moved to PB. I saw their ad in the Reader and called the #. Its a recording (no one answers the phone). I went in and there was a long wait. When I finally go to see the «doctor» I asked if he was an M.D. Turns out no. Its a P.A. which is illegal. On their ad they advertise that they take «out of state» patients which is a huge red flag that this is a fly-​by-​night operation.
