Welcome to the Greater Life Family Chiropractic. Dr. Henry Wong is a chiropractor in San Diego that specializes in chiropractic care for adults and children. Greater Life Family Chiropractic is committed to helping you achieve optimal health through the true principles of chiropractic care.

At Greater Life Family Chiropractic, we believe in a total body, holistic approach to healing. We strive to get you well and keep you healthy. This means that we don’t just treat your symptoms. We review your health history, provide you with a thorough examination of your nerve system and skeletal structure and take x-​rays (if necessary) to determine your health problems. Based on the results of your exam, we then develop an adjustment plan that fits within your lifestyle… one that will help you reach and maintain optimal health. We assist the healing process through several methods which include: Chiropractic Care, corrective exercises, stretching and nutrition.

History

Established in 2001.

Born and raised in Newcastle, England, Dr. Wong moved to California at the age of 17. Upon graduating from California State University — Hayward with a Bachelors degree in Biochemistry and a Minor in Biology, Dr. Wong attended Palmer West Chiropractic College in San Jose, California, where he received his Doctorate. Dr. Wong has been involved in the Chiropractic profession for 13 years and has been practicing natural wellness care since 2001.

I have been a patient of Dr Wong’s for years now and plan on continuing my care long-​term. I first came to Dr Wong after falling down the stairs at home. I had been suffering from back pain, particularly neck and shoulder pain, for years and assumed it was part of getting older despite the fact that I was in my late 20’s!
Dr Wong is so much more than a chiropractor, he is an intuitive healer and a positive, caring person. I have become more aware of not just what my back is telling me but what my whole body is feeling. You get more than just adjustments tailored to your needs with Dr Wong, you get tips on stretching and strengthening exercises and how to live a healthy lifestyle.
I would highly recommend Dr Wong to anyone who is having back issues. If you’re lucky enough to have no issues whatsoever, get checked! You never know what those x-​rays will reveal. The staff at Greater Life is outstanding, you’re always greeted with a smile and everyone really does know your name. I’ve never felt rushed or pressured into anything. Give Dr Wong a chance and he will change your life! I cannot picture my back without him.

I was in a motorcycle accident back in April of 2015 and I could barely walk our bend over. My nerve damage is now gone and I’m able to touch my toes again. Everyone here as been an absolute pleasure to work with, and Dr. Wong’s treatment has been amazing, I have noticed results in just the first week and excited to continue my treatment here.

As a new member of Dr. Wong’s practice, I have been very pleased with my initial experiences. I was referred by a coworker, and since I inquired about their services, all the members of Greater Life have been more than helpful, friendly, & accommodating. You get a feel for the positive vibes in the office from the second you walk in the door. From Jennifer greeting you at the door to Jessica helping you through all the unpleasantries with a smile; such as cost, legalities, & paperwork that come along with any doctors office. This is not my first chiro experience, but Dr. Wong really seems to know his stuff (I would hope so), and I’m really looking forward to getting better. I just get a great feeling that the staff is genuinely invested in my success & improvement, a little positivity truly goes a long way in an office like this. They’re doing it right!

If chiropractic is Wong, I don’t wanna be right.
I was really terrified to get my neck adjusted but Dr. Wong really made me feel comfortable. Before I was so tense. Now I can whip hair back and forth. ;) The front office peeps are super awesome I really do feel like part of the family. They even help with my girls. I actually believe that Dr. Wong truly cares. I couldn’t be happier with the service and adjustments.

When I came to Dr. Wong over 7 years ago I was in so much pain I couldn’t stand up from a chair without pushing myself up with my arms & hands on the chairs arm rests.
After my first adjustment I was able to stand up from my chair at my desk at work without using my hands!
I’ve been seeing Dr Wong constantly ever since lol & intend to keep on. He has been my salvation & kept me working & enjoying life again! Dr. Wong and his staff are like family to me.

Greater Life Chiropractic is by far the best chiropractic office I have experienced.
Dr. Wong is very intuitive and dedicated to helping you heal and feel better. I began my treatment for long-​term back and neck issues and felt improvement after the first visit.

I would highly recommend Dr Wong to anyone looking to improve their overall well being. I started treatment to alleviate lower back pain and in a short 2 weeks Dr Wong has done just that as well as relieve my chronic headaches. Dr Wong treats a great number of patients but always makes me feel special. He and his amazing staff always greet me by name and check in on my progress. My appointments are always on time which is almost unheard of in the health care field and they are more than accommodating of my ever changing schedule. Overall I am beyond satisfied with my care and will stay a member of the glfc family as long as I am in San Diego

I’ve had severe back issues for over 18 yrs now and have never done anything about it. The last couple of years the pain was so intense, I was virtually paralyzed. I could deal with the pain but literally not being able to move was the final straw. Dr. Wong had been a client of my mom for many years so I finally relented and got a consult and adjustment schedule because I simply couldn’t function anymore.
Best decision ever!
Seriously…it was a life changer. I now have my fiancée and even kids getting adjusted and have seen huge improvements in them as well. I haven’t had any issues with my back since going under his treatments and that has made my life so much better.
I really can’t endorse Greater Life enough. The staff is great and Dr. Wong is a life changer.
