Welcome to the McGann Facial Design! Dr. McGann is a California native who grew up in Laguna Beach. He now resides in Point Loma with his wife Sarah, their kids Lily and Dean, and their dog Benson. They enjoy spending their free time at Sunset Cliffs and with family and friends. When Dr. McGann isn’t at the office or teaching courses he loves to surf.

Dr. McGann attended USC for his undergraduate studies where he graduated with honors, receiving his Bachelor’s of Science degree in health promotion and disease prevention. He then attended dental school at UOP in San Francisco, followed by a 4-​year specialty residency program at a level 1 trauma center, the Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC.

Dr. McGann has traveled extensively in the Phillipines, Taiwan, Belgium, and Tanzania to learn, teach, and perform oral and maxillofacial surgery. His hospital affiliations include Sharp Memorial, Scripps, and Rady Children’s Hospital.
