I highly recommend her to everyone. I have had trouble finding someone who shapes my brows well, but Jessica is always does a great job!

I recently moved in San Diego. So I was nervous looking for someone to do my waxing. However, after trying Jess from Groupon I was relieved! She is the best! So friendly and kind! Made me feel welcome and always very accommodating. So, I hope my review can help people that are looking for the best in town!

Jess is great! I found her about a year ago on a Groupon deal. I usually just buy what is cheapest — bounce around from place to place. But Jess is so great I have given up my frugal, esthetician-​wandering habit, and stuck with her. She is really knowledgeable about skin and her products, it’s easy to trust someone who can explain the how’s and why’s of skincare. She has continued (and continues) her education beyond the minimum requirements so she can provide the best service to her clients.
There were a few times I was late due to work, and she was super sweet about it. I know she has other appts and it can really throw off schedules, which is selfish on my part, but some places are so horrible if you have any schedule conflict. I appreciate her understanding in these situations (I try to tip better too so I’m not a total jerk).
Jess is a germaphobe which is exactly what you want in esthetician, and her space is sterile. I had gone to her only for waxing, she uses high-​quality wax and it’s quick and relatively painless (come on… it sucks). But I recently went in for my first facial and it was awesome! She transformed her space from a bright waxing environment to a cozy, dim, spa-​like experience. It was so relaxing. Jess explained why my skin was behaving badly, and what I need to do to take care of it — which is exactly what I needed. After my facial, I received compliments that my skin was «glowing» — woo! I also picked up Dermalogica products from her, which now I’m a month into and they really make a difference.
Facts: located in the back of the Jean Claude salon, go in the main entrance tell them you’re there to see Jess. Free parking in the back of the salon via the alley, it’s a tiny garage, other than that — there’s free side streets or meters on 5^th. She’s cash only — which I don’t love, but I do love that she’s able to keep her costs competitive because of this. There are tons of banks in the area (B of A, Chase, Wells Fargo, etc.) so plan accordingly. She provides any service related to skin care you can think of (below medical grade of course).

I’ve been going to Jess for about 1 year now and have had a great experience every time. When I moved from Orange County I was honestly thinking about driving back every 4 weeks for my wax and then I realized how ridiculous that was so I set out on a mission to find a great local waxologist. I had 1 horrible experience at another place here in S.D. and I considered giving up waxing all together but then… I found Jess. She is professional and makes you feel comfortable, her room is always clean, she is knowledgeable and very accommodating. Jess is awesome and I highly recommend her. I always try to get there early because sometimes parking can be a pain but if you give yourself plenty of time then it shouldn’t be an issue.

I am so happy I found Jessica via Groupon when I moved to San Diego 2 years ago. I have had a variety of experiences with waxing (some ok and some very bad) as I moved frequently. Jessica is by far the best Brazilian wax I’ve had at an affordable price! She is very professional and makes you feel comfortable the second you come in. It is obvious she is very knowledgable and skilled in her profession. I would highly recommend Jessica for waxing (she does great eyebrows too).

A photographer suggested I go to a professional a make-​up artist prior to our photo shoot, Jessica was recommended.
Having never had my make-​up professionally done I had a couple of hesitations;
I have a bit of a phobia having another person do anything around my eyes and avoided contacts because of it, the idea of someone applying mascara/​face lashes made me anxious.
I don’t wear much make-​up in normal life and I was afraid of looking like a clown for professional head shots.
I explained what I wanted and told Jessica about my fears, she talked me through the the mascara and fake-​eyelash part allowing me to take little breaks etc., she was very patient with me and did a great job. Jessica explained what she was doing during the process and gave me lots of tips for applying make-​up at home. I love how I looked when she was done and would defiantly use her again and refer her to others. I felt like she listened to what I wanted and did a great job at accentuating my features, very professional and worth the money.

Jessica is great! She uses high quality wax and does excellent work. I highly recommend her!

Jess is amazing! I was worried about finding a esthetician to do my waxing when I moved to San Diego having gone to the same person for many years before. I couldn’t be happier with Jess’s waxes! She makes you feel comfortable and well cared for and clean clean clean!!! When I was having new issues with my skin she knew exactly what products to recommend. She’s always educating herself in skin care methods to best help her clients. I highly recommend, you will leave happy!

Jess is AMAZING! She knows what she is talking about and I have complete confidence in her when it comes to the my Brazilian waxes. She is extremely professional and makes you feel very comfortable. I had been to a few places before her that were okay but nothing compared Jess. I recommend her 100% and will never go anywhere else :)

I found Jessica at GorJess Pro through a Groupon about a year ago. She has been my first and only experience with Brazilian waxes. Her professionalism and creating a comfortable environment will keep me coming back. She is very accommodating with er schedule and always makes recommendations for products to use for upkeep as well as providing samples at times. I definitely would recommend Jessica to anyone.

Jessica is wonderful! I have been getting bikini waxes for over 8 years and she is one of the best I have been to. She is extremely professional and friendly. She pays great attention to the cleanliness of her facility and does her best to ensure your health, safety, and satisfaction with the services she provides. She is very knowledgeable about waxing and skin care as well. I have been going to her for bikini waxes for almost a year now and have always had a great experience.

Jess is professional and also very honest. She is super intelligent in her field and knows what she is doing. My experience was awesome. I was scared at first since it was my first time doing intimate bleaching. But she walked me through the whole process and explained everything for me. She ensured I was doing ok throughout the process as well. Not only did I see results on her good quality products but I also felt safe to try it again. She also provides a variety of services. Which I’m looking forward to trying in near future.

I found Jessica on Groupon, at the time she had a super good Brazilian Wax deal going on & had great reviews so I decided to try it out. I loved the service so much I decided to keep going at her regular rate. Her space is on the smaller side but she makes it feel and look extremely comfortable, beautiful and immaculate. The last thing you want when getting a Brazilian is a messy esthetician with an unsanitary station! She’s great and uses the best quality products and takes her time and takes pride in her work. One downside is trying to find street parking in the area and that she only takes cash. But she lets you know of that ahead of time so you can plan accordingly. I would recommend her ¹⁰⁄₁₀.

My first time with Gorjess Pro was spectacular! Jessica, the specialist who did my bikini waxing, is great! She is very attentive, quick and professional. I have never had my bikini waxing done in 10 minutes, though the level of quality still was superior. I liked the small and cozy design of the salon which is located inside the hair salon. Just got back from attending a wedding, where I received compliment, after compliment about how good I looked, and it’s all due to the wonderful makeup I got from Gorjesspro today. Tried fake eye lashes for the first time and was amazed at how natural they looked. Thank you so much Jessica!

Jessica is awesome. I move often so have experienced the good, the bad, and the ugly of brazillian waxes – Jessica is definitely one of the best.
I went to her old location and while it was a pain to find parking, her actual room was gorgeous and immaculate. I’m sure her new location is even better.
The only thing that I didn’t love was how long it took. I’m used to spending 20 – 30 minutes, but this session took an hour. My guess is that this is a result of how thorough and meticulous she is. Luckily, she was able to accomodate an evening appointment so I had the time. Jessica takes pride in her space and work. It is clear that she takes her craft seriously and is well educated/​trained.

I had an appointment with Jessica last week and she was great! She did a great job of making me feel comfortable and I was very happy with the results.

I found Jessica on a Daily Deal site. I was skeptical about the price, being so reasonable for 2 facials. Wow, did I get lucky.
First off, Jessica is extremely professional. She has many incentives to keep her business going. I think all of her ideas are great. A punch card for half off services, and if you refer anyone, you also get a discount. It seems like she really wants to keep her customers.
Now, for the facial. I had an hour pumpkin peel facial. The first one was great. I felt so refreshed, and I totally saw a difference in my face. It was relaxing, and tranquil. I enjoyed every second of it. I have been trying to find a good esthetician who I can stick with, and I think I fond one.
The second time I went in was even better. Not as tranquil, it was during the day and there was someone in the salon playing music, but it didn’t matter. Jessica still made it relaxing, and I left there so relaxed. She did a phenomenal job leading up to my wedding. Again, the pumpkin peel rocked. Smells great, but don’t try eating it. :)
I do plan on going back to GorJess Pro. Jessica is good at what she does and very reasonable. You should go check her out.
