Total scam! Don’t buy this stuff. You’re better off using Dr. Brommer’s soap for a cleanser and coconut oil as a moisturizer. I told them that after I started using these products that my face broke out. They replied that it’s normal. NO. IT’S.NOT. The facial cleanser is greasy and the cream is more like Ponds. I should have known better but now I’m out $ 150.
FYI — The prices on Amazon are 75% less than in the store if you actually like this stuff.

So, I wanted to wait a couple months before posting this review because I was so freaked out at how much $ I spent on these products, but I have to say the stuff is nothing short of miraculous and the staff (Elie) super friendly. I have used just about every line of facial product for combination aging AND acne (which is just so wrong at age 45!!!) and when I was pulled into the store for what was supposed to be a 5 min deal, I walked out 45 min later with literally thousands of dollars of product and a year’s worth of facials as often as I want. What hooked me was the Lionesse eye serum that literally erased puffiness, dark circles and fine lines instantaneously. I was sold. But after that sale, I got roped into the full product line and left the store in shock and with major buyer’s remorse. I justified the expense on the idea that I would spend a similar amount of money on a long spa weekend with my girlfriends, but was very nervous that there was not any written documentation, contract or agreement. After about 20 emails back and forth with Elie, she personally called me, reassured me that it was not a scam, and personally has met me for every appointment. She is a tough (high pressure is not an understatement from other reviewers), but good sales woman. Retrospectively, I feel like she has the right to be because this stuff really works! My husband noticed the difference in my wrinkles and bags under my eyes immediately (and continues to) and even guys are saying I look less tired. Girlfriends ask what I’m using and wanting to try it. Oh, and did I say that I rarely if EVER have any break outs. The fragrance of most of the products is mild (save for the toner, which is pretty strong) and no rashes, irritation or sensitivity. I have had 3 facials (mega, gold mask and truffles) and Christy is outstanding. Very knowledgeable and practical with great massage. The treatment room is a little noisy with club music from the sales floor audible over the «new age» music she tries to use to drown it out. But, I don’t really mind since I’m there more for «maintenance» than a «spa treatment.» So, in summary, I have been more that happy with the investment. No more groupon facials, acne treatments, unused products that don’t work, peels/​IPL/​photo facials, etc. I’ll probably break even in the long run and less waste. If you have the resources (anyone doing plastic surgery, botox, or fillers certainly does) then I would definitely go this route over those.

Because I couldn’t give no star. What a scam. High pressure sale for crap then charge 20% fee to return the next day when it’s still in shrink wrap.

I love the D’Or Facial Cream. It’s light, and lightly fragrant, and does a lovely job of moisturizing. I have yet to try their other products. Ethan is delightful! I’m looking forward to indulging in a facial soon.

Very aggressive sales woman put collagen products on my eyes before I knew what was happening — and now my very sensitive skin has broken out in a rash, all around my eyes.

I’ve been using Gold Elements products for about half a year. They are not cheap but definitely worth the money! I’ve tried many skin care products (Clarins, L’Oreal, La Mer, etc) throughout the years, nothing could stop the sign of aging. Gold Elements products are the first ones that I’ve used that actually reverse the sign of aging! I’m seeing big difference (reduction in fine lines/​wrinkles, more even skin tone, etc.) in my face.
Shaked is great. She gives very helpful answers to my questions and provides important tips about my skin.

I just stopped in for a demonstration and the staff were so wonderful (Ms Shaked) that I scheduled a facial. I can’t wait to be pampered.

I absolutely love the facials. My skin is becoming clearer every time I have one. I’m getting rid of all the discoloration. My skin is sucking up all the moisture and looking years younger. Thank you Shaked Elia for your expertise and helpful tips on how to use your products.

Went today with my mom as she sampled and purchased a few products. The guy who helped us was Ethan and he was super sweet and helpful, also very entertaining. We loved the products and left with a full goody bag of free things. Thanks Ethan :)

The products and the staff are amazing! Elia is very knowledgeable and friendly. The products have improved my skin in a very short amount of time!

I’m writing to update my review as I’ve now been using the Gold Elements products for five months. I’m continuing to have remarkable improvement in my skin, especially with reducing wrinkles and fine lines, lightening of sun spots and overall fuller plumper skin.
Many friends are asking what I’m using on my face saying «You look ten years younger.»
I think going in for my fabulous monthly facials and being very diligent with a regular régime of the full product line has given me a boost with the incredible outcomes I’ve gotten.

I’m rather a skin care snob and also extremely skeptical of «those» whom promise the world… but, I have to say, I am over the moon thrilled with this product line! Im 51 and have never seen results like this. Again, I have never seen results like this! I wrote it twice as it bears repeating! In addition, Ethan and Shaked are both an absolute delight and utterly remarkable to work with. I can’t wait to see how my skin improves even more as my regimen and specialty treatments continue.

My wife and I wanted a facial product and Michelle was wonderful and assisted us! She catered to our needs and suggested the products that would suit us. She was friendly & outgoing. I love it when places aren’t pushy and this is definitely the place. I would recommend this place to my friends and come here to get your facials done!

My facials at Gold Elements have been fantastic. I walk out of there feeling refreshed and having skin that looks so much fuller. I recommend their skin treatments. I’ve been going for months and notice a distinct difference.

I was shocked to see the results right before my eyes. My skin completely transformed in a minute! These products were certainly not cheap, but I have never seen such quick results. I had to drag my wife into using these products too.

People are lovely, products are creamy, face mask is killer (it warms up after you put it on) facial esthetician is awesome, I forgot to bring cash for a tip so I brought it back later and left cash with the manager also a lovely woman, sales push is hard core. Again products are seriously expensive with all sales final.
