It’s a decent facility to bring your little ballers in to get a couple of extra reps. They offer one on one hitting lessons and personal cage time. But, it’s usually filled with team practices, so finding a cage may be tricky.
It’s a pretty small place, so parking is a hassle outside. And there isn’t really a place where you can watch your sluggers hit.
I defiantly suggest calling before you show up.

Beware of the specials class ($ 20 hitting clinic tonight!!). Ok, so $ 20 is a decent deal for a one hour lesson. Problem is, they don’t seem to limit the class size. Tonight I counted 27 kids in the class. And, they talked to the kids for the first 20 minutes. Another 5 to get organized, and then we finally had a child take a swing – 25 minutes AFTER the clinic started. For my $ 20, my son batted twice. Not the best value.

My son going to there more than 1 time a week since he was 6, and now he is turned 8. Coach Tracy, Ryan and Bobby is my son’s favorite coach but any other coaches are amazing also. I love all staffs there as Kurt, Jake, Brent. They are such friendly, fun and kind. Frozen Ropes is much more than just batting cage. I go there for cheers, laughs and baseball. If you are thinking about put your kids to be more high level player, this place will be works. My son never touched a baseball until he went to Frozen Ropes. Now, he is a slugger in his Little League and his 9U Travel Ball.
There is a lots of option for lesson or class. My son loves go there and he never ever says not to go. I think Frozen Ropes made my son’s baseball future. I love them all. Highly recommended.

I’ve been going here for years. A lot of cages and it’s a great place. The employees here are usually super nice. Tracy has been working there since I’ve been coming here and he’s awesome. Super nice guy!

great coaches & staff. We are currently in the summer program & since joining, my daughters game has significantly improved after spending a couple weeks here. I would highly recommend this place to other parents that would like to help their child’s game improve.

Xlnt place for batting lessons for your kids. The owner Ron Whitmeyer is an awesome instructor. My son has learned a lot from Rom & his staff. I would tell anyone the drive up north is definitely worth it.

Like they say it only takes 1 person to screw it up for everyone! Kirkor curt has no phone skills! He asked me why «I» the Customer was giving him a hard time about me giving him my CreditCard info over the phone. So now they have lost more than 5 girls to attend their clinics. Thanks Kurt!

Frozen Rope is a very nice facility with several knowledgeable staff /​coaches to take lessons from.
Although on the pricier side, the staff here is very outgoing and help full and you can immediately tell their love of baseball by their willingness to help. There are perhaps 8 different cages offering various speeds and distances between the arm and the plate.
The only real downside is the fact that the user needs gather their own balls after batting. When paying ultimately by the minute, that tends to eat into your time and take away from the experience.
A great place to go for instruction and a place that we will return to.

Just had our son’s 7th bday party at Frozen Ropes and it was a huge hit. This review is more about the party than the coaching since that is why we went. 16 6 – 7 yr old boys were thoroughly entertained for 2+ hours here. The staff was great and everything went smoothly. The entire facility is clean and spacious. Pitching machines worked great and my son and his friends had a blast. The staff even opened up one of the batting cages for the adults so the dads were happy too. I would definitely recommend this for kids’ parties, baseball /​softball team parties and obviously for baseball hitting /​pitching instruction. We’ll be back!
