This office sucks. The lady that does prescriptions is awful. She never returns phone calls and there is absolutely no accountability or recourse. Avoid.

The worst doctors office ever. You get what you pay for on insurance. They changed my doctor and only advised me of this when I needed a refill. You continually have to call to get the prescription refilled and god forbid you ever need a referral. Just plan on that being a 3 month process with no follow up from your primary care physician. Dr. Recalde is just the office. I have never seen nor heard him in the office. Supposed to see a female dr today ended up being a male P.A.

For anyone with chronic pain, I’m warning you: the doctor will drastically change your prescription for painkillers to 1 tablet per day WITHOUT even telling you until you run out WEEKS early. This happened to me, even though I have NO history of drug abuse. I still haven’t met him, but I’m told that it’s his policy. You will be left with NO medication and have to suffer extraordinary pain with no solution from him. This is the WORSTDOCTOR I HAVEEVERHAD – the absolute WORST. I am going to try to change doctors. This is NO way to treat a patient.
