Founder’s Deli has excellent sandwiches and salads. All the ingredients are fresh and they give generous portions and a side for just $ 7. They even bring the food to you, which is going beyond expectations for a Q café. The monthly special sandwich keeps things interesting. This month is brisket sandwich.
Pros:
— Fresh ingredients
— Low prices don’t sacrifice quality
— Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating
— Quick service
Cons:
— Too much horseradish mayo on some sandwiches, but that’s just my opinion.

Boyfriend finally stopped by during his lunch break to give this place a try. Prices were incredibly reasonable (~$ 7) for the quality you get. Meat and veggies tasted fresh, and bread was soft yet had a crispy crust.
He ordered the Chairman sandwich with a side of fries, and went back to work full and satisfied. Better than Board & Brew in Scripps, and definitely above par when compared to Panera and Corner Bakery. He said he’d even return if they were open on weekends outside of work hours.
