Flutterby Eyelash Extensions

Kyle does great work. I had extensions done where I lived previously for about a year and thought they were pretty good. After Kyle did mine, I realized hers were so much better! My lashes don’t have much natural curl, which is fine, but I wanted them to appear longer and fuller and she took this into consideration. I have very sensitive skin and always had a reaction to the gel pads that the previous stylist used. Kyle uses a paper pad that doesn’t cause any sensitivity at all.
What is the BEST, though, is that Kyle comes to me! Her schedule is really booked in advance, but once you get on her schedule, it’s easy to get an appointment. She brings her table and supplies to my house. Her equipment is always super clean and she is such a pleasure to spend time with, it’s like being at a spa with a friend.
I took a little break from having my lashes done and my real lashes did not «fall out» and were not damaged at all, as another reviewer commented. My lashes of course looked «shorter» because I was so used to extensions, but they are very healthy. Don’t hesitate to call Kyle!

Kyle is the best! I’ve been getting lashes with her for almost two years. I first had lash extensions at a salon they totally JACKED UP my lashes. this is sooo good … having had «stubs» all my life it is nice to have a decent look for a change. Kyle did a great job … it is so relaxing, I fell asleep! But the best news is that people now know I have eyes.

I’ve been having my lashes enhanced by Stacy for 3 ½ years– and I love them! I would never go anywhere else!

My first set (non-​Flutterby) was quick and dirty (really long lashes — my eyes were irritated, and the lashes kept twisting into each other. It was not the look!) Flutterby had amazing reviews, so i thought I would give them a try. I am so glad I did!
Kyle does amazing work — I actually waited to write this review to see how my eyelashes would fare after a couple of weeks, and they looked just as good as the day she put them on. And now that they are filled they look even better (I didn’t know that was even possible!)! I only saw 2 of the lashes fall out, as opposed to the first set where I’d have two fall out of one eye at the same time. These eyelashes are so good I don’t even wear makeup anymore. And… no eye irritation. At all.
I love that she comes to my house, and I can make or change appointments anytime (on the website). She makes it super convenient for me to have fabulous lashes! I highly recommend!

I have a great experince every time with Stacy. I am a picky, picky girl… let me just tell you. She always asked a lot of questions making sure she understands your lifestyle and how you want your lashes to look. She’ll answers all of your questions too which is great. Stacy wants to make sure your happy and you have the look want.
Lashes can take a while to put on… Stacy is awesome and a pleasure to spend your time with. We talk the whole time and the time breezes by!

I’m asian with no lashes and super thin… mascara not even help… nothing help… and then here’s KYLE… and I HAVE THE GREATEST NATURAL LOOK LASHES EVER!!! Kyle is great person and she doing very fantastic job. AMAZING!!! I’ve been shower and wash my face also sleep on it of course… and my lashes still look as best as it is… PERFECT! LOVE IT!!!

I had my first lash extensions applied by Kyle 3 weeks ago. I was initially pleased with the results. Several consults later with different estheticians I learned that the extensions placed on my lashes were too heavy and thick for my type of lash — I’m Asian with straight lashes that grow different directions and have fairly fine lashes. I asked for a natural look and although they looked quite nice initially, they were mostly a glamorous look like I was wearing very thick mascara. The problem is that they crisscrossed and twisted too much especially when they grew out. Most people can comb them back in place with a lash brush wand that is provided, but I couldn’t do that with my lashes.
After the procedure my eyes were red and the conjunctiva were swollen. I had done extensive research on lash extensions before I got them placed and read that this can occur but goes away quickly. Mine took 4 days and I couldn’t wear my contacts because my conjunctiva were swollen. Now, I am not blaming this on Kyle… different clients have different reactions and some may not react at all.

She is very busy and booked weeks in advance
Return calls or emails may not be prompt
May not be the best for Asian eyes
Although I personally would not be using this company again, I encourage others to shop around, do your research, ask questions and go with who you feel comfortable with. Kyle is definitely professional and punctual so if you like the convenience of having extensions done in your home go for it. If you don’t have Asian eyelashes issues like I do you will probably get better results.

Kyle is phenomenal. Love her and what she does. Best part she comes to you!!! They dont charge per lash or mileage like some other does. They get the job done. My non exsistent lashes are now glamourous full thick beautiful. Hands down I love my lashes.

I am so impressed! Not only did I have a great time chatting it up with Kyle, I am so impressed with her work. My initial set was put on by someone else and her fill was dramaticaly better.

I must admit that I was a little hesitant at first about having someone come to my house but I am so glad I made the call. Within the first five minutes of meeting Kyle, I felt like I had known her for years. Kyle was very good about setting the correct expectation on what could be done with my lashes before starting. I have gone to both Diva Lash Boutique and Blink lash Boutique. I won’t spend time rating them in this review, although neither of them can come close to the service I receive by Flutterby Mobile Eyelash Extensions. I have done my homework when it comes to lash services. I loove Stacy from Flutterby because she comes to my house and she doesn’t charge me lash by lash like these other two places. She just fills my eyes full of whatever size I ask for. She doesn’t complain or charge me more when I ask for them to be fuller either! She never leaves any spaces and let’s me the director when it comes to how comfortable I am with them.
On new Years I really wanted «Kim K’s» lashes. Stacy had no problem filling BOTH of my eye’s eyelashes full of long, beautiful lashes! It has already been 10 days and I still look Super Hot with both my eyes full of lashes ready for another party!

Flutterby Mobile does a FANTASTIC job!!! Okay, so I’m prejudiced, Stacy Carlson is my sister-​in-​law, but I wouldn’t refer her if I didn’t think she wasn’t the best! She is customer oriented and will work with your schedule!

I am so impressed by these eyelashes! Kyle was so professional and explained all my numerous questions. I felt so at ease I nearly fell asleep during the application! I opened my eyes to such beautiful lashes. Thank you so much Kyle, my class reunion was a total success, I felt beautiful again with such pretty eyes. I’ll be back believe me.

When my lash lady left to Houston, I looked all over the web and found the Flutterby website in San Diego. Kyle is awesome!!! She’s mobile, very professional and so friendly. She has been doing my lashes for about a year and they look awesome everytime! I definitely recommend her to anybody that is interested in getting lashed. :)

OMG! Today I met my lifesaver!!! Stacy. Long story short I had eyelash extensions put in 4 days ago later I had a glob of Glue. I called Flutterby and I found Stacy Carlson and she came to my house, AFTER I told her my sobb story. She was so sweet, funny and very proffessional. My eyelashes look so REAL! And I did not feel the removal absolutely no pain. I am a big baby. I highly recommend Stacy she is the best! She will make you look so sexy and very Real, not like an alien with super lashes. Price is also great.

Stacy is a lash saver! Before I met Stacy I decided to try a special intro that was being offered by my hair salon. They looked great but were really uncomfortable. They pinched, and made my eyes really irritated.
Stacy came over and very patiently removed the first set. She saw that way too much glue had been used, creating clumps and pulling on my own lashes that would have resulted in bald spots when my lashes grew out. There was also glue on my eyelids! Yikes– Stacy is really gentle and funny and my lashes now look fine and even more important, they feel great.
She is a first rate technician, very knowledgeable, highly skilled and as I mentioned before, really patient. I totally recommend her!

Flutterby Eyelash Extensions is the BEST. When I first heard about eyelash extensions, I searched everywhere for great quality and affordable service. At salon’s, they charge you by how many lashes they put on you per eye! Or else they charge for time spent. Flutterby does neither. It’s one set price and they make you look beautiful! No matter how long it takes, or how many lashes are put on you, they’ll do what they can to make sure you are happy with the work.
It is so convenient to just call and make an appointment. As a student, my schedule is all over the place, but Kyle accommodates for it and is always willing to work out the best time for me. She shows up with all her equipment so there’s nothing you need to do besides call and make the appointment. I was really worried in the beginning but Kyle reassured me that this was a completely painless experience. Once, I almost fell asleep during a relashing. It was that comfortable! The lashes stay in for weeks and weeks, and the best part is you can do whatever you want right after the Lashing session. Some places say you can’t let your lashes touch water, but with Flutterby, I took a shower right after the lashes were put in and they still stayed in for over a month.
Flutterby is so affordable that even I, a poor college kid, can afford to spend a little on the side to make myself look good. I haven’t had to wear mascara since I started using eyelash extensions, and everyone is always telling me how gorgeous my eyes look. I spend so little time each morning getting ready and looking good is effortless.
