History

Established in 2008.

I officailly started Flawless Finish in 2008 but I have always had a passion to keep my cars looking new. It started as a hobby but I enjoyed the satisfaction that came with detailing so much I decided to go get professionally trained and start my business. My love for automobiles and obsessive compulsive tendencies are a great combo for making your old car look new or your new car look better.

Born in New York I have spent the past 12 years in San Diego. I have loved cars from as far back as I can remember and that passion naturally turned to detailing and auto reconditioning. Although it began as a side job among friends and family, word quickly spread and I decided to follow my detailing enterprise full time. I take extreme pride in my work and in my customer’s satisfaction. My passion extends to my free time as well, and I can often be caught, when not working, practicing the finer points of polishing and waxing with my three year old daughter. I enjoy the privilege of repeat customers and look forward to the opportunity of not only detailing your car on those special occasions, but becoming part of your regular automotive maintenance plan.

Josh of Flawless Finish did a full detail on my 2011 Tacoma about 6 months ago. He did a great job cleaning\waxing and the interior looked and smelled new again.
Since my initial detail, I’ve called Flawless several times in order to book another appointment. I have yet to receive a call back. I also called during an emergency when my daughter decided to empty her soda can into the backseat of my truck. I didn’t expect Flawless to drop everything and take care of me but he promised get back to me and steam clean the seats. Again, I never heard back.
I am not sure if they’re no longer in business or just too busy to have the courtesy to call back a repeat customer. Assuming they’re still in business and you can actually get an appointment I’d recommend them. I just can’t give them a recommendation for reliability.
Too bad… for a while there I thought I had found a dependable detailer.

Ok, I will «just leave it here»…
story goes on… After my last negative review guy called me begging from the name of his kids and family to delete the review as far as it was «ruined his business»… Sounded weird, but I said I will think about (you know «family», and so on). later it was deleted…
Just today (after appr 2 week after deletion) Josh texted me:“Hi this is Josh with Flawless Finish Detailing. wondering if you got a chance to remove your review?” — I advised him to check the Unilocal by himself and stop bothering me.
Guess what happened? 5 minutes later kid is calling me starting the conversation from — literally: «Hi, you f… g sc@mbag…» Then trying to threat and insult me with some crazy childish menaces like «u don’t know whom u are talking to — Let’s meet I’ll show and blablabla…»
some people really do not change themselves…

Back again for Josh to do the family mini-​van so that it can look beautiful and clean when I sell it. Not only does it look perfect, but he did it on Tuesday for us and we still have yet to list it b/​c now we are considering keeping it. In the 6 years I have owned it I never (yikes) had it detailed, let alone waxed and it looks fantastic. Who knew that it could actually look so good?! Its a mini van — and it does not look icky anymore! He took some before photos and I have some after — I will get those up as soon as I can. From the carpets, seats, floor mats, etc. I am very happy and impressed. Thanks again — will continue to recommend you.

Josh came out (on time) and did his magic on my 2006 Harley Davidson Road King Classic. He got to every nook and cranny and made it shine. What a joy to do business with someone who understands quality. After posting pictures of my newly detailed bike on Craigs List and immediately started receiving calls. Everything everyone else is saying about Josh is true. He seems to love his art and was happy to teach me all about it so I can keep my car looking perfect which is how he left it when he was done. The car looks like a mirror, like it should have looked when I bought it a couple weeks ago. It also doesn’t hurt that he’s a really friendly individual, or that I didn’t even have to go anywhere to get the car done. 2 Thumbs up!

I have a Harley Deuce that was in need of some TLC. Called Josh and made an appointment based on the positive Unilocal reviews. He showed up on time, and within 2 hours my bike looked brand new. Josh is a nice guy and his prices are fair considering the quality of his work. I would recommend him to any of my friends.

I have an old 1972 MBZ 280se 4.5 that was left in the sun unused for many years and got so badly oxidized that another detail outfit told me that it needs new paint.
Well I called Josh, who stopped by, told me he can get it to its gorgeous old condition and we set up an appointment.
He showed promptly, ready to work, and he spent 8 long hours bringing the car to as new condition.
Funny thing, after about 4 hours, I went out to look at the car and I was amazed with the results. But Josh told me that he was only about half way done!!! Talk about a perfectionist!!!

I have been trying to come up with the right word for JOSH and his service but they all seem to fall short. I have never met a person more dedicated to what he does. He in sincere, professional, and extremely talented. I doubt I will ever think of anyone else when I need another detail. My car is a 1992 Allante that mainly sits and doesnt get driven. It looked good but I dont think it looked this great when it was new. THIS MAN IS AMAZING. PLEASE if you need a detail service Call Josh. I know I will. The name is perfect my car is flawless

Josh at Flawless Finish Mobile Detailing did a fantastic job with my 96 Subaru Legacy that I am getting ready to sell. After a little shopping around, I decided on Flawless Finish for my interior detailing and couldn’t be happier with the result.
In addition to superior attention to detail, Josh is an honest, friendly person who has a obvious passion for his work. I live in an apartment complex and therefore did not have the space for Josh to come to me. Therefore, I dropped my car off with him and he willingly gave me a ride home.
