Flanagan Diagnostics

This will probably be Part 1 of a two part review in time, but I just had to write something right away.
First of all, Brendan is amazing. He was willing to work with me and my work schedule even though it wasn’t exactly the best time for him to swing by and check out what was going on with my car. I felt awful even asking for a time after I got off of work, but unfortunately had no other option as that was the only time I could get a ride home. So first and foremost, AMAZING in the sense that he was more than happy (or maybe not so happy but he didn’t show it) to come take a look.
My car has been overheating and not really knowing too many people out here, my resources are limited on who to call and who I can trust being a girl needing her car looked at. He gave me an unbelievable quote over the phone right away to just come out and diagnose the car so I scheduled the appointment. He called just before he was heading my way and again when he was there just as he said he would. Once he got there he took his time in really looking into the issue at hand to make sure he was confident in what was wrong with it and even addressed something I hadn’t asked about.
If I would have had the additional funds right then, he would have got the part and scheduled the time to come back and take care of it. And I must say for owning a BMW I CAN NOT COMPLAIN whatsoever about the rate for the part and the service… for him to come to me and take care of it. Hands down, they would probably try to charge me close to $ 400 to get this done in a shop and this is going to cost me just under $ 200.
I’m sure my car could use some more things done, but he addressed what I had asked about and did not take advantage of the fact that I probably wouldn’t have known otherwise if he quoted me for all sorts of other things. I sincerely can’t thank him enough for taking the time to help me figure out what is wrong to give me some peace of mind, for knowing that he was sincere and honest, and for giving me the confidence to give him a call back very soon in order to most likely replace it.
You truly have no idea how much relief you just gave me. Thank you!
