History

Established in 2015.

I have been an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and certified TRX instructor for the past several years. This location became available in January, approximately 1800 feet of workout space. The previous gym had Total Gym systems and older indoor cycles. We replaced the older bikes with Schwinn Carbon Blue AC Sport bikes with magnetic resistance. We added an entire wall of pull-up bars with TRX and TRX Rip Trainer stations. And, we installed 4 Focusmaster boxing stations, with a variety of striking targets and hundreds of possible positions. Our plyometric rubber floor provides outstanding traction for deep angle TRX movements, and it is perfect for boxing and explosive floor exercises.
