Fetch! Pet Care of San Diego Inland

We’ve used Fetch multiple times in the past. They have some good petsitters and some they should not send to peoples’ houses.
Our last experience with this Fetch is what has really put us off, though. We went away for two and a half weeks and trusted Fetch to take care of our dog & cat. They split up the job between two of their petsitters.
The first was very good — and luckily she was there the majority of the time.
However, the second petsitter was nothing short of neglectful. She was supposed to be there at least 12 hours (overnight) and my monitoring records showed that she would be gone for 15+ hours a time. That is a long time for an indoor dog to go without being let out!
In addition, she was either neglecting our cat or doing something to him because he had accidents all over our rug, which he has never done before or since this petsitter. And instead of cleaning up the accidents this second petsitter LEFT THEM THERE FOR US TO CLEAN WHEN WE GOT HOME. Imagine coming home to days old urine (and other) smells.
It’s been over a month since this happened and Fetch still won’t give us an answer if they or their insurance are going to pay for the rug that was ruined.
The worst part of all this? We met with the petsitters ahead of time and had an uneasy feeling about the second sitter. However, we figured Fetch knew what they were doing and were responsible enough to only hire qualified people. We should’ve gone with our gut on this one.
