Family Health at City College

First of all I would like to give credit to the office staff and the nurses they are professional and kind. But the problem is with the Doctor. Dr Ramos have no bedside manner, he is rude and seems like a very unhapp man. In my situation because of chronic pain from multiple surgery I have been left with no joints in my shoulders.
Dr Ramos does not like to treat patients with chronic pain, even though I have done all I was asked to do. Dr Ramos should find another profession where he does not have to interact with people in need. Again the rest of the staff are great, execpt Dr Ramos. Shame on you and it is your cread to do no harm. You just pass your problems to others. I found a Doctor with a heart and is treating me with compassion which is what you do not have Dr Ramos.

I tried getting an appointment and the next available appointment is two and a half weeks from today. Ridiculous. I found out because they only have one provider. I did a walk in instead and I can’t be seen till someone doesn’t show up for their appointment so it’s really all luck. The staff is very nice and pleasant. They provided was also very knowledgable and attentive. Very professional and direct. It’s just so unfortunate that such a big clinic only has one provider. There are more MA’s than actual doctor’s. The price is pretty good. No insurance is $ 35. I have insurance and I paid $ 15 for the visit. The whole visit took about 3 hours as a walk in. Boring wait but I got the care I wanted.

The BEST of the family health centers that I have been to in San Diego. Clean, organized, and great customer service. Thank you! Dr. Chung-​Park is a doll.
