Oh brother. Not exactly who you want running your property… I’m not impressed. Discouraged and disenchanted that I’ve got to deal with these people. I’ve called twice in the past two weeks. With no return call. If I didn’t pay rent, I bet I’d get a call. I also asked them to contact me via phone or text about property issues, and yet they continue to send letters and leave notes on my door. Also, a 24 hr notice to enter the property needs to happen TWENTYFOUR hours before you enter. Leaving a note on my door at 3pm and coming 9am the next morning doesn’t count. I’m afraid of what’s going to happen next.

I have to say that any issue I’ve ever had, they were super quick to get it resolved. The maintenance guy Dorian is the man, give that guy a raise. Paying rent and submitting maintenance requests is super easy online.

I have lived in their property since May 2015. Since I have lived here, my bath tub has clogged at least 10 times. Never in my life have a had this issue. Per their plumber this has been an issue before because of old dusty pipes. Might consider a newer property.
