She creates amazing art, by virtue of her talent and her ability to work with models, people, and settings of all sorts. She is incredibly good at connecting with people on a personal level, therefore making it look simple to make fantastic photos.
You can also tell how passionate she is about her art, which I think makes a huge difference, and definitely allows more room to create these great photos, because when you love something, you’re going to want to make it the best you can.
