Are you tired of seeing the same trainers doing the same workouts? It’s because they all watched the same training DVD & then charged you $ 55 /per hr. That’s the average trainer cost in San Diego. Why? $ 25.00/per hour that is my cost per session. E.A.T can help you. We are in a recession & money is tight. I’ve played professional football, division one college football & minor league baseball. I have been working out and training for over 20 years. Not every great player makes a great coach. I’ve learned how to make working out & any sports activity fun, no matter where I am. I believe working out should be about being healthy & focusing on the inner self. I’m the trainer that wants you to succeed & not eventually need me. Once that happens, I know I’ve done my job. I’ve helped you learn to be healthy on your own. I make my training sessions affordable. Being a healthier person should be about affordability, fun, healthy habits, loving yourself & appreciating your inner capabilities

I have been working out and training for over 20 years. To be a trainer, is to be a great motivator .This means you need to have someone who cares more about you and your success, rather than when your payment is due. Your workouts will be much more than the typical boring boot camp and 30 people running around in a circle. My motto is, «Your 6-pack starts in the kitchen.» I spend the time even when it’s not your day to workout, to call or text you. I talk about your food plan for the day and week. This is with all of my clients, because it’s called «Personal Training». I make my training sessions affordable and available in a tough times. Getting healthy shouldn’t be expensive or hard to maintain.~Ed Hickman: Head trainer, former NFL Player and CPR/AED.
