I rent a home that has a pool in the back yard and Estrada’s Pools is the owners choice. He doesn’t care about good service since it doesn’t effect him. They were probably the cheapest place he called. I have lived here just over a year and have repeatedly had to call the owner to get the service we were promised. Every week we are supposed to have the pool cleaned. I have called more than once and been sent to voicemail only to be kicked out because the «box was full.» I have gone 3 weeks without service and now the pool looks more like a swamp than a relaxing place to play. I have several times had to go out and turn off my hose after they have left because it was left on. Once we were out of town and it overflowed. Thanks to my neighbor things were not ruined.

ABANDONED JOB! After we paid thousands of dollars the project was abandoned. We now have to settle in court! No more needs to be said.
