I was laid up after arthroscopic surgery from playing basketball. We had Eric’s Medical Supply(EMS) deliver needed supplies to our home. Certain items were not needed and were sent back. EMS advised that it would not charge for those items or refund my card if already charged. They never did. I have followed up with EMS several times regarding a refund and each time was told that it would do so. It’s now been more than 6 months later and EMS still has not provided the required refund. Very unprofessional — do not use them if at all possible.

I gave her a one star many many months ago because she was rude! and she dressed VERYVERY innappropriate. She was somehow able to flush ALL her negative reviews and then I see she wrote this to me 4 months ago!!!(below) Verity I don’t check my email EVER on here just happened to by accident. You had more then JUST me on there slamming your company. You were rude to me AND your attire was completly inappropriate as being the owner or owners wife! To make it fair and honor your request just a little I won’t go into detail here on it… It still stands though! That you were completely RUDE! Ignored me from the moment I walked in the door, dumped me on your daugther who knew nothing of where anything was at and really didn’t seem to care about anything but yacking on your cordless phone, I’m not sure it was even a business call you were on but I really was not paying that much attention and you were NOT on the call when I walked in the door!!! You never even made eye contact… So that being said CVS& Rite Aid are better then your little shop. I have been in several Medical Shops for supplies and gotten excellent service just not at yours… If you want to stay in business I suggest you act like it!!! Not being mean but as I said when I rated you way back when you were at 2 – 3 stars anyways… Goodluck!
