History

Established in 2015.

Long time Navy couple opened Pinot’s Palette eight months ago at the former Naval Training Center in Liberty Station, San Diego. Pinot’s Palette is an upscale Paint and Sip Art studio known for providing guests with a fun and entertaining evening of art and wine. Dan Truckenbrod, a former F/A-18 pilot and his wife Julie, both first time business owners, opened the newest Pinot’s Palette in hopes of bringing art to the masses in a fun and non-intimidating way.

Solare is an award winning Italian restaurant offering authentic Southern Italian cuisine featuring a focus on fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Family owned and operated, Randy Smerik and his team are dedicated to providing an amazing dining experience for you!
