Good place to order Togo when I forget my lunch at work. Located in the Wateridge plaza in Building C bottom floor through the glass doors and on your left next to our Finance dept. You can text your order in and then you get an automatic text back saying your order was received and will be ready in 15 min. Make sure you’re very specific of what you want in text and add the various options like what kind of bread/tortilla or meat. They don’t text you back or call you. One time I tried to order a breakfast burrito and they never contacted me saying breakfast ended already. So I went down there and they didn’t even make it. The food in general isn’t bad but isn’t super wow either. Just a good quick spot.

Much improved — under new ownership. They’ve added a very nice selection of Indian food and a steam table

Lots of episodes of this place dropping the ball recently. Today capped the experience – I had texted in my order like I always do, gave them five minutes more than the fifteen minutes I’m asked to give them to prepare my lunch, clocked out for my half-hour lunch, waited in line another seven minutes, was told at the counter they never received the text(even though I still have the confirmation number text), and then waited while they made my order. I had five minutes to eat a hot sandwich and fries that were too hot to put in my mouth. Discount for my trouble since I’m in there every day? Nope. Think I need to take a break from the place, and pack my lunch daily.

I am so mad at Eddy Ms! I ate their chicken salad once… then ran to the bathroom for the rest of the day. It was HORRIBLE. My co-worker got a Healthy Bowl and had the same thing happen. So I decided, ok, the food is stupid and over priced. I cant seem to handle the stuff they make but in EMERGENCIES ill go there for drinks. The other day I had gotten a diet coke from their fountain drink machine. I ate my lunch at the tables outside, went back in to throw my trash away and get a refill before going back to my office. The girl behind the counter comes out and puts her hand on my arm and tells me I have to pay for that refill. Refills are meant for customers only. I explained that i just sat outside at the tables(with my friends who did order their lunch there) which is why I felt ok with getting a refill. There are no refill signs on the drink dispenser, menu or register. She then stated that refills are ok for people inside but not those who use the tables outside. She was rude and said this in front of everyone and treated me like I was doing something wrong. It was just embarrassing and unnecessary. I will not be a customer of theirs again. Food: school cafeteria quality Price: doesn’t match the food. Overpriced. Service: before the dreaded ‘Refill incident of 2012′ the service was not great at all. Unfriendly and striving to be mediocre. After the incident I am angry and give them a 0 or an F on all categories. The End

I’ve had many ups and downs with Eddy M’s. I work in the building next to it, so I venture my way over there on the days that I do not bring a lunch. It’s, thankfully, gotten much better. There used to be a lack of consistency. One time my very anticipated chicken caesar wrap was covered with salt; another time, it had the wrong dressing; a couple times it tasted like nothing; other times, it tasted wonderful. It’s gotten better recently. I normally get the chicken caesar wrap, or the breakfast croissant with sausage. Their blended mochas, and cookies are also good. Watch out for the cookies, though. Sometimes, they’re harder than rocks! Another thing! I text my order in because the wait is too long otherwise during a lunch break. If you text it in, it is normally ready within 15 min. I love that they have that option because that 1hr lunch break sure can fly by.

I only gave them 1 star because there’s not an option to give them 0! My office staff orders from this place because of the convenience and because they deliver but we will NOT be ordering from this place again. Today we decided to order as a group to meet the minimum amount for delivery. I spoke to a nancy she was very nice and fast with the checkout, she told us our order will be delivered in 30mins. Well our order got here in an hour and 10mins, 30mins before our office closed down, The deliver woman was not only rude(which she always is) But she was expecting a tip! Everyones order was wrong, including a tuna sandwhich which was made with sourdough bread?, A chinese chicken salad with 1 piece of chcken, and a panini which wasnt a panini it was made into a cibatta bread sandwhich. I called the café to complain and the person i talked to(Roula) was extremely rude, she refused to fix our order, she told me that there was a better way to complain and also hung up in my face! bottom line do not order from here you will be sorry!

This is more of 2.5 stars, but I’ll give it 3 since we can’t do half stars. I usually come here and get their ice cream from the freezer during my short breaks or a soda or yogurt parfaits. I’m not a big fan of their food since the wait is sort of annoying. I even attempted to call ahead and order and I still had to wait awhile just to pick up my food. I ordered a meatball sub the other day and they gave me the meal, I only wanted the sub, not a side salad and a drink for them to charge me $ 13 for. I didn’t complain and just paid because I saw how many people were standing behind me. Another time, I ordered their wraps and got so sick for days, maybe because the mayonnaise didn’t taste right but I ate it anyway? Some of the things here are a hit or miss, so be careful what you order. I still come here to support the place even though when you walk in, for whatever reason, smells like body odor. No one seems to be bothered by this? I come here to get pre-packaged stuff now. Chips, soda, juice, ice cream, but that’s about it. I come here out of convenience and not because I like this place too much. The good thing about this place is that it’s opened longer so when you’re having that 2 o’clock itch for something sweet or a pick-me-up, you can come over and grab something quick.

The food quality is very below par the 2 times I ordered here. I once ordered a carne asada burrito… but they forgot the carne asada!!! I took me about 5 minutes to explain to the cashier what was wrong. The salad I also ordered here was horrible! The lettuce was old and had the slimey film on it, the avacado was black, not brown. It was just really bad. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired as well. They do not admit to their mistakes and have seen them laughing at customers after the leave. Find another option if you can.
