Keith McCary is an enterprise sales executive with experience in selling emerging technologies into Fortune 500 companies. He was an early employee at Yammer which sold to Microsoft for $ 1.2 Billion in 2012.

I have MS and disabled so I am unable to drive. I have made several orders for delivery and never have a problem and the drivers are always friendly. I ask all of you with the negative ratings to give them another try and tell them Diona sent you and give them my code ictntw. What do you have to lose considering you get a freebie. I have tried other dispensaries and they have required that you order a certain amount or pay a delivery fee. I order small quantities at times and never have to pay a delivery fee. I refer all of my friends.

First time I used it everything was good. Bud was a bit over priced but the free 1⁄8 was nice. First delivery only took 10 minutes but then I ordered again around the same time the next day and it took 2 hours? Not to mention first it told me it would only take 30 and then the time kept adding on.

I had sent an email to their help/​support email address. I recently got an email back almost a month later in response to my issues with the appointment. Horrible customer service.
I tried to get an appointment with them and wasted an hour waiting and then getting kicked out numerous times. I would get in the appointment and they would start talking and then nothing. They also have limited hours and I hear their recommendations only work with their company. I was able to find another company that had later hours, had no issues speaking with me when it was time for my appointment, got my recommendation in 20mins or less, and am able to use my recommendation in all of CA, NV, & AZ (Presto Doctor). It might have cost a tad more, but worth it. Bottom line — do your research before hand! Cheap is great, but you get what you pay for!
