I am so happy to have hired DJ David as all my guests had a blast on the dance floor! I provided a playlist for my wedding and he was able to mix in other music that flowed in perfectly.

We booked him for our 10÷17÷15 wedding in a barn. He was very organized in gathering his information for what we wanted. Arrived early, set up on time and was perfect in executing our musical desires. I would strongly recommend him for any event.

Dave Leeds was so great. We met with him in person and we went through what we were looking for and started the planning. He has a easy questionnaire that you can fill out and see what portions your missing for songs (ie. ceremony, Bride’s song for walking down the aisle) He was really easy to work with and he was the least of my worries on the wedding day and during planning. Which every bride knows how valuable that is. Him being so professional makes my life so much easier with the hectic wedding planning. He gave me tips, pointers and ideas for what songs I could play.
During the day of the wedding he was so great he kept the schedule moving and I didn’t have any worries about him. He looked sharp and was fun and professional! He played the music at the right volume during the ceremony and it was so romantic! He was so great during the reception. He is super friendly and I highly recommend him to any bride searching for that right DJ who is going to be fun, reliable, prompt and professional. Seriously, he’s great!

DJ Dave had great communication throughout the entire 9÷12÷15 wedding planning process. His response time is super quick, his website for song selection is easy to use, and he knows how to read a crowd and keep everyone dancing! The timing of the reception songs was perfect, and he even found songs based of our likes that we didn’t actually request but still loved! We kept getting compliments throughout the night that our DJ is awesome. And it’s true!

I got to experience DJ Dave twice, once at a friends wedding and once at my own wedding. He is the most professional and organized DJ. He made our entire night, ceremony and reception run seamlessly. If I were him, I would have been frustrated with us two brides because we were totally oblivious to the timeline once in the moment, but DJ Dave was courteous and helpful. He has a great worksheet to ensure all our favorite songs were played and he really gets a feel for the crowd and plays a lot of their requests. This was important to us because all we wanted was for our guest to have fun. The lighting he provided was also nice to set the mood and feel. Being a same sex wedding, some things were nontraditional and he really made us feel as ease. I would definitely recommend DJ Dave for any wedding.

Not a great experience with dj Leeds. We hired him for our wedding. We had a very laid back wedding with very few requests for him in regards to announcements. My mom Asked him to announce the speeches as planned per timeline provided. He was eating tacos from our wedding and looked up at my mom and said, no. My mom asked again. And he looked at her and turned back to his plate and continued to eat. My mom let it slide to eliminate conflict. Then at the end if the night we had gifts for our guests which we proveded gift bags for. He asked where his gift was. Wow… who says that. We hired him and played for his services. Also had given him a tip before I knew about these interactions.
Only reason. He got two stars is because he played music.

My wife and I recently married and we decided on a DIY route. We wanted to have a hand in everything so that we’d have more control over the budget and fine tuning every detail to our needs. Some things proved to be overwhelming in the end, but Dave was one aspect that required very little attention. From the beginning he was very eager to provide a no worry, exciting and memorable experience for us. All the way from the ceremony to the dance floor to the last song of the night, he was on cue and professional. He put the perfect amount of energy in without ever being overbearing. He handled our requests perfectly and hit all the songs we wanted at just the right time. He even managed to squeeze some guest requests in. My now bride and I had zero experience with hiring a DJ and found Dave Leeds and couldn’t have made a better choice! He made the day completely stress free. We found DJ Dave Leeds on thumbtack and because I haven’t used that website before, I was skeptical about how it actually worked.
Dj Dave Leeds made us a very fair and affordable offer so we decided to go with him.
He sent us a contract through a website and the transition went very smooth and easy.
I was still concerned about the process until he messaged me a couple months before my wedding to meet in person and touch base.
My husband and I met with him in a café near to our wedding location in which he was already very familiar with.
I was very stressed with the whole wedding planning process because I am a foreigner who is pretty much doing it all by myself.
Dave made me very comfortable and he helped me with a lot of things that i had no idea about.
Dave also helped me with the planning, song advice, timeline of the event and so much more.
Dave also provided for us the uplighting which was definitely a beautiful feature.
He made sure to do everything we asked and agreed to and was very professional about everything.
I couldn’t have asked for a better Dj.
Dave also made sure to search some songs from Brazil which made me feel very proud to show a little of my culture.
He also played the songs we requested and he followed the timeline perfectly.
All of my friends asked about the DJ after the wedding and complemented him.
Everybody loved the event and I even told him that I thought nobody would be dancing in the wedding but it was exactly the opposite, Everybody, including my pastor and my most conservative friends, were on the dance floor! In case you are wondering, this was a recent event that took place this past February 28,2015 at the Admiral Kidd Catering and Conference Center on the Naval Base in Point Loma San Diego, CA.

DJ Dave Leeds was the DJ for my wedding last weekend. All of my guests danced the night away. All of the music was in good taste and appealed to all age groups. He did an amazing job and the uplighting he provided looked great! If I ever need a DJ again I will be using him and I will recommend him to everyone I know needing DJ/​MC services. David did the DJing for my Christmas Party! The party was at my home and he DJed for 4 hours. David arrived an hour early to set-​up. He was very professional and did an amazing job. He was able to play all song requests by the guests. He provided indoor and outdoor red and green lights that added the perfect touch to the party. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him! I could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks David for a great time!

DJ Dave was our wedding DJ on October 24, 2014. We had about 200 guests at our wedding and DJ Dave did an amazing job of getting everyone on the dance floor. I remember every time I looked out on the dance floor it was always crowded. We only heard positive feedback from our guests regarding DJ Dave. He was so open to playing requests and he played great music that had the young kids to our grandparents dancing. DJ Dave also did a great job navigating and MC’ing the entire night. Not only was the music perfect for the reception, but for the ceremony as well. Everything was perfectly timed and things went better than planned on our wedding night.
Prior to the wedding, DJ Dave was extremely professional in setting up meetings to make sure everything on our wedding day would be perfect. We met with DJ Dave 3 – 4 times before our wedding to go over all the details. He also sent us a link of a form to complete listing all the songs we wished to be played, when we wanted songs to be played, etc.
We highly recommend DJ Dave for your wedding, he was perfect for our wedding.

We asked Dave to be our DJ after enjoying seeing him at my friend’s wedding where I was a bridesmaid. He came early to setup, and stayed all the way to the end, very organized and on time. Nice guy, easy to put in requests and mad the night fun.
So I we asked him to be the DJ at our wedding a few months later, and I am so glad he was available because he was awesome! He brings lights with him and MC’d all our toasts and activities and took song request from my guests. I swear, the moment the opportunity came to get on that dance floor my guests were on it! and the best part is that he kept them on it! There was no lag time or boring songs, everyone was having fun until the end. That is a good dance party!!!
East to arrange things with over the phone, picked out a good selection of music for us based on our likes and dislikes. Promised not to play the «chicken dance» unless someone requested it, and if they did, he would be sure to call them out on it.
We decided last minute to make a couple changes in the schedule to honor the flow of the night and how we were feeling out the crowd, and he was great about making those changes.

DJ David Leeds blew us out of the water at our recent wedding reception on October 25^th. He accommodated us last minute and surpassed our expectations. All of our specific songs, intros, transitions, etc were all executed perfectly even though none of it was rehearsed. He knew exactly what to do. Everyone came up to us and said our DJ was awesome. Even my parents complimented him! You will not be disappointed if you hire him. We were so glad we did!

DJ David Leeds did such an amazing job at my wedding in September. He had everyone from the little ones up to the grandparents on the dance floor all night. Dave DJ’d our wedding and boy everyone was on that dance floor all night long… Including me! Even my father (who refuses to dance) was bustin it out! He did a great job making sure we had all our special songs together and even helped us put together the music/​event timeline since I was useless in that regard. We live in Hawaii and hired him all through email and phone conversations and I knew he was the best of the best; he was willing to skype with us and always asked if we wanted more of this or that, always willing to change it up.
Day of– set up on time, super prepared even though we just flew in ourselves and we were a bit frazzled. Timing of all songs was perfect for the wedding ceremony. Couldn’t have gone better! Dave was very accommodating and understanding since we are military and the Base access is a bit tough. He really made the night memorable. Thank you so much Dave!

We hired DJ Dave Leeds for our wedding ceremony and reception and we couldn’t have been happier with the job he did! Dave was fantastic throughout the whole process. You could tell he really cared about his job and making sure his services were exactly what we wanted.
He met with us 3 times before the wedding, and asked the right questions to make sure he did everything that we wanted. He also gave really thoughtful advice on certain aspects of the wedding (when to do the first dance, bouquet toss, ect.) that we greatly appreciated.
On the day of the wedding he showed up more than 4 hours before the ceremony start time. His equipment (microphone, speakers, lights) worked perfectly and he played the music at just the right volume. He also played all the music we had requested he play beforehand, while also taking requests from the guests. He also purchased music he did not have beforehand that we requested at no charge to us. He had guests going all out on the dance floor all night, and knew just what songs to play and when.
Overall, our experience with Dave Leeds was great and he definitely undercharges his talents and equipment. We would recommend for anyone looking for a great wedding DJ!

Dave Leeds DJed our wedding on Saturday and he knocked it out of the park! He was super responsive and professional leading up to the event. We really had no clue what we are doing (really, what couple does?) but Dave asked all the right questions and made sure we were taken care of.
Day of, Dave did an awesome job. After facilitating all the wedding activities, Dave transformed that banquet hall into an absolute dance scene. He has a great ability to feel out the crowd and had played an awesome set list. He had everyone, from our friends in their twenties to uncles and aunts in their seventies, out on the dance floor.
