It meant a lot that the owner came out for the sales call/​measurements. Windows were ready for install less than a month after initial sales call. Installers were professional, very respectful of my home and family, did a great job installing the windows and cleaning up at the end of the install. The windows are great and were very reasonably priced! Home is extremely quiet and heating is well maintained in my home.
Overall, I am extremely pleased with the product and service I received from Jeff and his crew at Distinctive Home Improvements.

I’ve worked with Distinctive Home Improvements for over the past 10 yrs, on numerous home improvement projects. I can assure you, it’s very unlikely you’ll find a better price for the value of the product. Additionally, the owners (Jeff & Kelly) are as honest as there is in the business. This is extremely important because when it comes to contractors, you never know what your going to get. If your considering doing business with DHI, I strongly recommend you do.

Distinctive Home Improvements recently replaced most of my windows. I was completely satisfied. The one negative issue I had with them is that they contacted me on a do not call line. Coincidentally, I was in the market to upgrade my windows so I agreed to meet with their representative. The Windows he showed me were exactly what I was looking for. They were not inexpensive, but reasonable for the quality. Jeff, the manager came out to personally measure the windows to insure that the new ones would fit properly. It took several weeks to obtain my homeowners association’s approval. Once it was obtained, DHI ordered the windows. They were ready for installation in a few days, but I. was traveling for a couple of weeks. Once I returned we set up a date for installation. The installers showed up at 7am and were done before 11. They were friendly and professional. The windows are great and I recommend DHI without reservation.

Jeff Adams exceeded even my most lofty expectations! Not only is he super competent, but he is as pleasant a man as you will find anywhere. He is professional, knows everything (even the things you hadn’t thought of) and will guide you through the process with a minimum of fuss, and at a GREAT PRICE as well…

I have now had DHI do three jobs for my home. New windows, a side door installation and now solar panels. I was hesitant to get solar because I didn’t feel I could trust any company out there. When I found out Jeff and the DHI crew was doing solar too, I was excited to compare their analysis and package with what we had received from other vendors. They explained it in an easy way to understand and about 1−½ months later we had functioning solar and seeing negative energy usage! Pricing has always been competitive and the quality of their products is top notch. They have always been professional, personable and efficient. I would recommend them for any project, hands down.

Had a great experience with them. Jeff was honest and down to earth, prices were fair. The guys showed up early to our house. Rod, RF, Reese, Bobby & Danny worked fast, precise and the windows look awesome.

Everything at this business was top notch. I wanted to install some new windows in my house built in 1947. The reception on the phone, the professional who came out to do the bid, and the workmen who performed the job were all excellent.
After 30 plus years of making improvements in my home this was the most efficient and professional experience I have had. Bravo to the whole team!
