i am a customer of dick hess statefarm insurance company since 1983. it was better customer service before. but overtime due to staff turnover, representatives in this office had become so disorganized, and unprofessional. we have three cars insured with this agent, and our bill is messed up all the time. i get statements that i have to pay higher than i am supposed to. we have to call this office each month to straighten up the bill.
i am transferring my account to another agent. do not use dick hess state farm insurance. you will be frustrated.
