Great location, but stay for the comfort. Impressively quiet for location, there are occasional jets from Miramar though, but community is peaceful. These are townhomes so there are garages and low levels (2 stories instead of eight, like the nearby megaplexes. Convenient to mall, stores, restaurants, buses, UCSD, beaches and freeways. Nice neighbors.

Best condo I’ve ever lived in, and I’ve lived in 4 now. The units are a block away from UTC in an extremely quiet neighborhood. I live in a giant, 3 bedroom 2 bath unit with heating, air conditioning, a fireplace, 2 balconies, washer and dryer, pool and jacuzzi. I can walk to 2 bus-​stops to get to campus, and we have a 2-​car garage. We even have views of the canyon behind UTC! Maybe I’m a bit over-​enthusiastic, but for a college student this is HEAVEN. I actually like coming home and I’m able to study in my living room, as it has high ceilings and is well-​lit; a rarity for this area. Absolutely love it.
