Todd just helped us purchase our first home in Point Loma and he was beyond wonderful! Being first time buyers we were unsure of all of the processes, paperwork, inspections, ect… He was helpful, patient, knowledgeable and guided us in the right direction at all times. Just sold our house in Ocean Beach with Todd. We thought he was great. He was very fast in responding to questions and all the communications that go on with selling a house. Very technically savvy. Knows the modern market. Helpful with input if we asked for it. His photographer was really really great and they posted good pictures that I believe helped our home sell. Also did a 360 view! Buying my first home I prepared myself for a daunting process. Lucky for me it turned out to be fairly easy and I owe it all to my agent, Todd Devin. In a market where homes were closing over their asking price and many of the homes being purchased with cash by investors, Tom managed to find a seller willing to pay almost all my closing costs and even lower their asking price! With additional credits from my lender I had money left on the table! I purchased a home without spending a penny from my own pocket! Todd is a full time, full service, professional Real Estate Agent, always working in the best interest of his clients. And Todd’s service doesn’t stop when you get the keys. I ran into a little problem with some faulty installation work shortly after move-​in. Todd came to my rescue and managed to get the seller to come back and redo some work. I bet the majority of agents out there don’t work this hard. You can trust Todd Devin for all your Real Estate needs as well as those of your family and friends. =)

There are a lot of realtors out there who don’t really know what they’re doing, or only have half their heart in the game… I’ve even had the misfortune of running into a few who go so far as to bully potential buyers into signing exclusivity agreements, become verbally abusive if a buyer decides to go with another agent, or are generally shady. Todd is completely different; he’s been doing this for ages, and you can immediately tell he is a pro. He takes the time to understand what you’re looking for so you’re not wasting your time viewing properties that won’t work for you, has a very deep knowledge of the industry so he can answer all your questions (even the stupid ones) and is amazingly responsive at all times of day or night.
Buying a house is probably the biggest purchase you will ever make; why put it in the hands of someone who’s less than committed to doing the best job for you that they can?
Todd has now helped me buy a house, helped me go through a short sale due to unforeseen circumstances, and is now helping me look at buying again. I’d never call anyone else.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Cheryl Harris of Devon Properties and must admit she is absolutely amazing. I recently had the misfortune of dealing with 2 other realtors and am fortunate to have ended up with Cheryl simply because she is on top of things and gets the job done when promised!
