Business Owner

I’m a wildly passionate, highly optimistic, holistic health coach who lives to help others achieve their health and wellness goals. I’m inspired by the beauty and mystery of nature, the uniqueness of individuals and a dedication to health and wellness.

I’ve always had an interest in natural health and after working in traditional healthcare for over three years, I decided to pursue my passion, becoming an activist for holistic, sustainable lifestyles. My studies have included; Aura Wellness Center, Natural Healing Institute, Mesa College and Huntington College of Health Sciences. I currently reside in Southern California, where I provide holistic services to clients as well as writing and educating people about natural health and wellness.
