Front desk rep is nice, but MRI tech has a non pleasant face expression and stern attitude, which gave me non reassurance to be calm and comfortable to go under the MRI which made me move and had to redo again. She was not nice about it and I even apologized that I felt anxiety and she said«ok whatever’s.» Walked away angrily. So I don’t suggest anyone going here with the type of business she carries to her patients. Rude and unprofessional using the term«whatever’s.»

The staff and actual MRI was fine but I had to challenge the accuracy of the MRI report. A review showed a missed tendon tear that was found by my Doctor. An addendum after my complaint was added to the report over 5 months later identifying the tear. I would have chose a different course of care if the original report was accurate. Wasted my money and time in conservative treatments. I did get an apology of sorts. I will not go back to Del Mar Medical Imaging and will avoid any place using Priya Patel MD as the reviewer.

Great and helpful staff. Made the whole experience comfortable. Scheduling was a little difficult as you are calling a head office located in LA and dealing with insurance, that said this imaging center was professional timely and nice.

Hi there! I had two MRI’s and two Arthrograms on the same day at Del Mar Medical Imaging and was there for about 3 hours. The staff: Dr. Van, Gloria-PC, Rosa-PC, and Soudah-Tech were all outstanding. They are very good at what they do here and are patient, professional, and kind. If you need medical imaging, this is the place to go!

Directions given by MRI tech. very confusing plus I had difficulty understanding her English unfortunately. As a result, I swallowed a few times & so procedure was interrupted and parts had to be stopped & repeated so took longer. I’m claustrophobic so didn’t appreciate this! Highly recommend that they provide WRITTEN instructions prior to procedure to prevent this in the future.
