Just wanted to add that since buying a house from the Daniel Beer Group last year, they have continued to keep me up-​to-​date on market trends. They also do a fantastic job of relationship building. For example, they just sent me a box of brownies (packaged from a professional bakery) for Valentine’s Day. What a nice surprise and how cool to be acknowledged like that!

Being a local to 92 127, Daniel Beer really understood the community we lived in and how to market our town home. We were very concerned about selling quickly so that we could meet deadlines to purchase our next home. Dan was able to get us a offer within 6 days of listing and 1 day of the grand opening! Especially since our town house had previously been on the market for over a month with no offers, we were very pleased with the results Dan and his team got us. Initially I was just checking out houses on Zillow and sent out random emails to listing agent to see if the houses are still available, and most of them came back as pending, and I would move on. It is same case for the house listed by Daniel Beer Group, but they took a step further expressing their interest being my buyer agent even if I buy a house listed by other agent, and they offer me good credit towards closing cost (better than Redfin offers). After I checked out their reviews on Unilocal (all five stars), I decided to go with them. I am a first time home buyer, and I know nothing about buying house, but Brian, who is the one handing my case, is very professional and knowledgeable about what he is doing. He requested to meet with me in person and go through the house purchasing process, so that I know what I am expecting in each step of the way. Then I signed the offer to hire them as my agent as well as the offer to the house that I am interested in from another listing agent. He is open to any questions I have, if he is not available, Kara (his assistant) would be able to get back to me in a few minutes. Initially the target close date was 5÷22÷2015, but my lender gives me all kinds of headache, and the closing date have to be pushed back for a week plus the holiday. All I have is very positive experience with Daniel Beer Group, except one story I am telling here. When we were out for house inspection, the water was shut off by the owner, so we had the plumber came back another day to just perform the water system checking. I expressed my concern to Brian that the water was shut down for a reason, but the plumber report came back okay with several items recommended to repair/​replace. I was surprised when I didn’t see the items mentioned by plumber on the request to repair list to the owner, but I trusted Brian’s judgment. After the deal was closed and I had the keys, I had delivery company helping me hook up the washer, dryer and refridge (try to get things set up before I move in). However, the water was leaking immediately when they hooked up the washer, so I have to call up a plumber to repair it ASAP. I pointed out several other items in the original inspection report and the plumber’s report to the plumber, and it turns out they need immediate fix as well (i.e. I can see kitchen leaking). So in total I spend almost $ 700 before I can even move in the house, which made me very angry about they missed the request to repair. I was thinking about complaining to them, but I figured they probably won’t reply my email since the deal is already closed, so I never sent my email out. Several days later, I received a phone call from Daniel Beer who is the owner and trying to follow up to see what my experience is with the firm. I, of course, complained to him directly, and he decided it was their mistake not to request those items to be repaired. As a solution, he would like to offer me for reimbursement upon providing the receipt, to make me a happy first-​time home owner (because I do like the house, except the ones they missed). Today I received the check, and I feel they are responsible for their business, their reputation, and they do pay attention to the customer’s needs, even after the deal is complete. Now I would like to tell everyone my story, and recommend Daniel Beer Group to whoever is on the market looking for a house, because they really care about the customer’s feeling.

I called the Daniel Beer group after seeing a sign on a very quick sale in my then neighborhood of Hillcrest — I had been wanting to put my condo on the market and didn’t know any real estate brokers, but wanted to get someone that had been successful and was familiar with the market in Hillcrest. Both Brian and Dan called me back and Dan made an appointment to meet with me right away. Not only did he give me great advice on small things I could do to stage my home, he had a professional photographer come in and take beautiful marketing pictures. My condo was on the market for 4 days before Dan got me my asking price. I have personally seen Dan and his team go the extra mile to help people find the right property when they are buying, and get the best price on their property when they are selling.. We have worked together with Dan to get his clients coverage on their newly purchased properties to help close escrow and protect their new valuable real estate asset.
